Excellent , speedy service. They sorted this out in 2 days as advertised even when i was wondering if i had made a mistake. Everything came back to me correct. Would definitely recommend to others to use.

Put in very simple terms, I needed a Deed Poll and Legal DeedPolls (LDP) delivered admirably. The name change was something that I had agonised over and overthought for more than a few weeks. LDP took away the burden of worry and stress, explained everything about the process on their website and the rest fell into place. This is a very efficient service to obtain a deed poll. Received it the next day in the post, it has a seal making it legal-looking.

This is a very expensive service however, after research, I learnt you can make a deed poll by yourself for free or use a cheaper alternative such a deedpolls.co.uk

Tried to order a replacement deed poll online. £16. The first one never arrived, they did send a second one but this looked incorrect. Queried it with customer service and they said I had the wrong form. Despite me explaining multiple times that I’d ordered through their “replacement deed poll” webpage as directed, their advisor didn’t rectify the problem and told me I must have ordered incorrectly, and when I asked they refused to send the correct form or refund me.

Edit: After this review went live, the advisor I spoke to originally offered to send the correct form. It again didn’t arrive (possibly affected by postal strikes) but when I emailed they sent out another copy same day. There were also several certified copies included which I thought was a nice gesture. I will leave my original review in place as I do still think the service could have been much better right from the point of accessing the website- however I do feel they rectified the situation well in the end.

I originally stated the customer service rep was rude, condescending and unhelpful. In actuality the emails I received were very brief and didn’t resolve my issue- and I took this as rudeness when it may not have been meant this way- I do apologise if I misinterpreted this due to my own frustration. Stuart has been helpful and polite since the review was left.

Change of name deed received with a space for 1 witness signature only, by gov.uk website it should be signed by 2 witnesses.
Nobody replied on my email, nobody answered on my phone call. Really unhappy with provided service.
