The service received from Alex Jarman at Legal and Medical Investments Ltd has been nothing short of exceptional. As someone relatively new to investing, it has been invaluable to have a trustworthy, knowledgable, and reliable advisor. He has been most professional and always willing to help, no matter what the financial issues to hand, with all aspects of financial planning in both the short and long-term, whilst always taking into consideration our personal financial priorities in life in general. He has always been very quick at replying to emails and excellent at communicating in general with an abundance of patience. I had a fantastic experience with L&M with purchasing my first property as an FY1 Doctor. I initially had Preeti who helped secure me a great Mortgage offer in the face of my limited work history. Preeti moved on from the company during my time but my case was seamlessly handed over to another advisor Jamie who did a great job with getting me through the process and organising my life insurance. They both had a firm understanding of NHS doctor pay scales & helped to secure a better mortgage deal which took into account my salary progression. Overall, my excellent mortgage advisors provided a great amount of both mortgage advice and overall support during this experience. I felt that my opinions were always held and taken into account at every step of the process. My case was delayed at several points due to external factors but even during annual leave dates of my given advisors, they made sure that other advisors were knowledgeable of my case, & available to answer my questions and keep things moving in the background. I will 100% be recommending L&M services to my fellow doctor colleagues!

This house buying process has been a pain for us with one problem after another. Our independent mortgage advisor, Louise, is the only exception. Louise is an angel in this nightmare. She’s very kind, responsive, approachable and always happy to help. She’s been with us since the beginning of this stressful journey. She makes sure our mortgage offer is regularly updated with dropping interest rates while waiting to clear problems from seller’s side. My husband even started saying call your friend, Louise, for advice. Definitely 5* service.
