HJC provide a great service. We have used their sales and letting services many times and they are always incredibly helpful, friendly and professional.

If you are looking for to sell your house in Surbiton, I would not go anywhere else. We have just sold through HJC, had a demanding buyer, and HJC were excellent. They know the market, and how to deal with people in a professional, friendly and straightforward manner, taking the heat out of what would otherwise be a stressful situation. Fair and reasonable pricing also.

I recently bought a property in Thames Ditton through HJC. I ran into some complications beyond everyone's control that delayed the sale, but Karen and the team were brilliant and proactive in keeping the process alive. I now have my dream home courtesy of HJC. I couldn't recommend them more highly.

Our first purchase process became very protracted, and unfortunately the sale fell through. Suzanne revisited a previous interested party and was able to secure a new sale for us. Suzanne and the team kept us fully informed and were constantly chasing both sets of solicitors to secure completion by the date the new buyer was hoping for. We found the team very approachable and efficient and would have no hesitation in using their services again. We were very pleased.

HJC Thames Ditton were our primary choice of estate agent due to them being a local TD office and Tuesday Manthorpe our marketer actually living in the village. From the initial valuation, going live through to completion we were constantly updated with proceedings. Tuesday marketed the property using her local knowledge and experience whilst being mindful of our requirements and obtained us a final offer which was beyond our expectations. My wife and I have recently bought a flat via HJC Thames Ditton and it was an amazing experience from start to finish. The level of individual attention we received was second to none and the service really was excellent in general, we have zero complaints.
