I bought my flat back in 2012 and HjC was the estate agent who was marketing the propriety. After when I decided to let it, I asked them to manage on my behalf and they did. Overall I am always being happy about their service, rate and quality of work. This week I completed the sale of it under a very uncertain circumstances due to the covid-19. Atri Noroozpour dealt with it since the beginning and helped me for the entire process . I can strongly recommend HJC

The service, support and help provided by the entire team at HJC was exemplary. They sold our house and dealt with a range of challenges to ensure the deal went through. We even secured our new home through them. We could not have asked for a more dedicated and personal service. We especially want to commend Atri for her tremendous efforts to ensure we could sell our house and get the new home we were seeking.

I have recently sold a property in Surbiton where HJC were the agents for the sale. Suzanne Morgan is very experienced and very professional. I was kept informed throughout the process, and Suzanne helped to communicate with all parties within the chain to ensure a smooth process. It's never easy and there were challenges, however, she stayed on top of it and ensured the transaction kept moving forward and that all parties were informed and happy. Her positive and upbeat approach is a great skill and very much appreciated by myself and I suspect others within the chain.

We are buyers who contacted HJC in Spring 2019 to view a property in Thames Ditton. From the first meeting with Artri of HJC it was clear that we were dealing with someone who cared about her role. She was always helpful, courteous and knowledgeable but if she did not know the answer to a question she made sure that an answer was found without delay. The purchase was protracted but Artri remained committed to keeping us informed at every stage. Throughout the buying process we also worked with Melanie, a colleague of Artri who also showed true professionalism. We purchased a house through HJC.
They were absolutely amazing form start to finish.
The lady, Tuesday, that showed us around the house was knowledgeable about the house and the area.
Atri, the lady we worked with when we placed the offer and through the process was fantastic, she would keep us up-to-date with the progress and answer any questions we had.

An excellent service provided. The HJC team were extremely helpful and hard working when I was selling my home. Nothing was too much trouble and everyone was extremely personable and friendly, not least Tuesday Manthorpe who was very supportive throughout the sale process.

We found HJC as they covered an area we really wanted to live in.

We were told it as it is, i.e. we agreed with their thoughts and they didn't make any outlandish statements during the whole process. In our experience, we haven't always trusted some other agents we have dealt with, but that cannot be applied to HJC, they were great and always acted with complete integrity.

Atri managed to source 2 properties for us before they were shared with the market or any other agent, we managed to conclude a purchase on our favoured property very swiftly.

Atri was excellent in managing the process and ensuring we worked to our deadline and really brought everything together within the property chain.

I would highly recommend Suzanne and the team at HJC. Suzanne recently handled the sale and purchase of my property. She quickly understood the nuance I was looking for in a new home and didn't waste time finding the right one!
