On logo were coming off , I emailed them and Houda from the customer service team never asked and questions just sent me a new replacement instantly was with me 2 days later amazing service !

Recently bought 4 pairs of jeans. Really good looking with smart design. Priced at £50 per pair (down from £75 per pair)I assumed the quality would be good. At £75 I’d expect premium quality. Unfortunately the badges on the back have started coming off in 3 of the 4 pairs so definitely not premium quality.
The CS has been great with quick responses however due to the poor quality, I wouldn’t recommend buying their jeans.

This company sells clothing that is much smaller than standard sizes, which forces me to return it. Not only do they charge for delivery even when you spend over £100—something most companies offer for free—but they also charge an excessive amount for returns if you want a refund.

Now I’m stuck with three T-shirts that don’t fit. I paid almost €100 for them, but if I return them, I’ll only get around €30 back. That’s completely unacceptable

Overall a really positive interaction with the LL team. I had a small issue with a garment I ordered, I emailed them & Rachael got back to me very quickly. I made an order and ordered the wrong size. Immediately contacted the customer service through email. The customer agent Chioma replied almost immediately and wkes me through all I needed to do, effecting the change immediately. Chioma then sent an email recomfirning the change in the sizes. Series of emails in just few minutes and all was resolved. I was amazed with Chioma's swiftness, professionalism and effectiveness. Very outstanding.

I recently ordered 2 items witch failed to arrive but after containing the company Chioma went above to make sure replacement items have been reordered and sent out exactl service
