My daughter's uk visa application journey was'nt that easy at first. Mr. Anu really helped us all through out and finally got approved. He is reliable and clearly Knowledgeable of what is the uk processing. I would highly recommend.

I engaged legend and has to pass thru a terrible experience with Hari Krupa who lacks sensitivity about the subject, communication and no enthusiasm for the case assigned. I land up in sending reminders and escalation to the Director Arvind for the service but found no impact and perhaps that is the integrity of the work they do.

I got to slam my broker who referred Legend solicitors. Never recommend this group to anyone.

Awful and terrible conveyancing. Steer Clear!!!

I recently purchased a property and used Legend Solicitors. This is the second time I’m using their service and in contrary to the previous one I had a terrible and stressful experience this time around.
I had to chase constantly to get a reply or even speak to the case worker. I wasn’t kept informed at any point and only after multiple chasers they would start working on our file.
They kept asking our seller solicitor irrelevant questions for couple of months which delayed our purchase and cost us more money at the end. The ability to action anything in relation to the points raised was poor, I found myself proactively actioning a couple of items in order to receive the desired outcome.

Well, we eventually got there after six months of huffing and puffing to get it over the line.

Three months since the purchase has been completed and despite several chasers, I still haven't received a completion statement or land registry documents. Not even a reply to my emails.

As with many industries these days, it's apparent that the employees are given hefty workload, therefore impacting the quality of service.

I'm afraid I cannot possibly recommend this company anymore. They don't even have the courtesy to respond to emails.

If you enjoy the stresses of additional 'life admin' and don't mind being out of pocket due to errors made, proceed with their services. Otherwise, I'd steer clear!!!
