The urns that they offer are less traditional and more unique than what you can find anywhere else. Their prices are also very reasonable. I will be bringing the urn home until I can decide what to do with my relative's ashes and i don't believe it will be easing identified as an urn.

At this moment in time I am disgusted by this company. My father passed away and we bought an urn. For the past few weeks apparently its stuck in transit, my mum now needs to pay money for it to be shipped and then email and resolve the issue herself and then claim the money back. We originally thought it a scam. Hoped the company would resolve as not the clients issue apparently not they can't send the money as they don't own a bank card. Really!!! So thing it's about 70quid or so extra to pay. Then send all info through. I get mistakes are made but really my dad's urn and you won't take any ownership. Not happy at all. Don't put yourself through the stress. Not recommended

I still have not received my purchases.it has been weeks since I got a notice saying they were shipped. But they have not yet arrived. So I can’t say if the product is any good. But the service is terrible.

I received my Black Satin Heart with Paw Prints Urn. I was pleased that my Urn arrived so quickly from the Netherlands to me here in Canada, I was expecting it to take much longer. It was very well packaged for the journey.
The Urn is larger then I expected and overall very beautiful. My only complaints are that one of the paw prints the gold outlining is basically missing while it's noticeable on all the other paw prints, and also that there is some type of flaking of the ceramic on the inside, which when I lifted it up bits of ceramic fell out, and when I looked inside is when I noticed some strange flaking ceramic material hanging from the inside. For the almost $300 spent it was disheartening to see that; However overall it looks beautiful, no damages otherwise. Would still recommend LegendURN.
