Urn stuck in US customs with no response from LegendURN. Both FedEx and I have tried to make contact to get the problem resolved and we have not received any response. LegendURN is aware that the shipment is delayed because they sent an automated message alerting me to the delay.

Your response is impressive. I have called multiple times and after a week was finally able to speak to a person. FedEx had attempted to contact you multiple times with no response. I expected better customer service than this, especially considering my purchase was about $2000. I'm glad to hear that you submitted the required paperwork but it was too late and FedEx is returning the urn to you. If I'm paying you for shipping and you're the one filling out all of the paperwork then you're responsible for ensuring it is addressed correctly and shipped with all the required information. If your order tracking system is smart enough to send a delay email to the customer the it should also be able to flag orders with shipping issues for you to review. No need to try and make me sound like an idiot that expects you to personally track every single order in your system. Also, a simple "We're sorry that there has been a shipping issue but due to global supply chain problems delivery issues are on the rise" would have been acceptable.

The urn is very beautiful! I appreciate that the lid is twist off, it makes it easier to open and close.

Shipping was quick, even considering it came from half way across the world (Netherlands to MN, USA). They provided good communication, email updates with confirmation of purchase and item shipping with tracking info. The urn I purchased is exactly what I was expecting given the photo and description. It's a beautiful memorial piece that is also minimalistic, exactly what I wanted for my dog's ashes.

The item was listed as a 5 week delivery. That was right on. I happened to email the week before it was to ship and the response was very quick. I was pleasantly surprised the delivery was so quick after shipment. The packaging was excellent. The item was a bit larger than I thought but I did ask for a change in the original design and I'm very pleased with the urn. I would highly recommend legendURN if you are looking for a quality product.

We were so happy with our experience with legendURN. We lost our daughter at 31 weeks pregnant & legendURN had the only premature baby urn we could find that we liked. They were very patient with all our questions & always answered within a business day. On top of the customer service, the urn itself turned out beautiful!

To be honest I was a little worried about what the urn would actually look like, the quality, etc. I was worried for nothing. The urn is absolutely beautiful!!! Bigger and heavier than I anticipated, but I love it.
It is a beautiful resting place for my mom (and eventually my dad) that I will feel comfortable leaving out. It is comforting and brings a smile rather than the memory of loss. I don’t look at it and think death, I remember a beautiful life. The built in candle holder is a great added touch.

Not what we expected for what we paid. The expense to send it back was too much. We might just keep it, we aren’t sure.

Nothing suited her. Everything was ordinary. Then I found your website and the perfect urn. Simple and elegant. White with silver cherry blossoms.
