Excellent customer service. When the text was too long on the memorial stone they worked with me through multiple proofs to get the stone perfect. The stone turned out beautiful and the urn ordered was gorgeous. I'm in the US and both items were shipped 2-day shipping from Europe which is amazing and I did not expect. Everything was very well packaged in shipping as well.

The bottom of the large urn was not attached. Fortunately we were able to glue it in place and it worked. One of the two small urns was not the same style. Despite the above, the urn is absolutely beautiful and customer service representative is a very helpful and kind person.

Only problem was a small chip that has fallen out. We found it and did our best to glue it in. I was very pleased to find a biodegradable urn with significance for my late husband’s ashes.

I ordered comfort precious stone. Your photo for this shows 5 small stones. I thought I would be getting 5 small stones for $115. I received 1 small stone. Your advertising is misleading. I bought a 10" had painted urn for $99 from another company.

Faster than expected but broken
The order arrived much sooner than expected which was nice. Unfortunately two of the four pieces were broken, having paid for the extra insurance this was disappointing to see but I understand this isn’t their fault. As their support helps me I will update this review.

It was great service overall - super responsive, super professional, and really helpful when I didn’t know the volume of my ashes. I would have given 5 stars but some time after I placed the order there was a mix up and somehow my order was cancelled. They said that I cancelled it, I did not cancel - so it was an odd mishap therefore I had to reorder which caused a delay - but the urn came perfectly and their team checked in with me every step of the way since reordering and that nothing was changed.
