Absolutely stunning! Beyond belief 🌹

I didn’t want a traditional companion urn. I found this sculpture and knew it was what I wanted. I live in the USA and I received it within 12 days of order. It is truly a beautiful piece of artwork.

Urn is beautiful and arrived quickly.

Nice urns but one lid had some scraps. Unstable poor packaging. I was told an email would be sent when packages were shipped and an ETA. Never got either. Just luckily happened to be home when they were delivered.

What a beautiful memorial piece! We ordered a bracelet and filling kit. The bracelet was perfect, quality was amazing!

The urn was sent in a timely fashion and well made. The first screw driver I used did not work but after obtaining advice I tried again with another screw driver. I wish the bird I choose was a bit bigger but I am not complaining. It is very nice.

The urn came in time, Is beautiful except one of the bird's tail was broken. I thought I would return it but it comes from the Netherlands and my dad passed away 3 weeks ago. It would take way too long to get a new one and who knows, it might come with a broken tail again. I think I can crazy glue it back on.

I waited for three weeks for a sculpture urn for my late father’s ashes. I was excited that it had finally arrived as it was less than a week before the funeral. I cannot describe the disappointment, frustration and anger I felt when on opening the box I found a wrong and insulting urn that was clearly meant for a pet.

UPDATE - I changed my review from 1 to 2 stars purely because of the Customer Service. I received a reply from Customer service less than 24h after contacting them, which was a pleasant surprise. I received a sincere apology and was informed that I will be fully refunded. Thank you.

Great product

I was really fortunate to find LegendUrn after my beloved boy dog died. I wanted a piece of cremation jewelry that would last a lifetime and would not scream out what it was. It was important for my boy and his bonded sister to be together when her time arrives, so I was so happy to find a two-chamber pendant that is simple and beautiful, and can be worn with anything. When I ordered it, I knew it was coming from overseas so expected a very long wait. But to my surprise, it arrived in less than two weeks, very nicely packaged. I am very happy with it and so grateful to have found exactly the right item to keep my precious pets close to my heart.

My order arrived exactly the way it was explained in the description, in perfect condition, and earlier than quoted. The packaging was definitely thought out for parcel travel, and no detail was spared. A card expressing condolences was included and personally signed by Henry (Thank you Henry)… The entire team at LegendURN exudes professionalism, caring and respect toward their customers and I could not give higher accolades and urge all to absolutely use this company if their catalog caters to your specific situation.. Five stars is not enough!

Purchased bronze companion urn "Always together". It arrived within 10 days and was beautiful. It looks like a piece of art. Very pleased with the product.
