Price does not equality
We spent fortune on a corner unit and 6 seater table with parasol. We bearly used it last summer due to the British weather. This past month we have used it and the parasol will not stay up. The adverts say 3 year warranty but it turns out the parasol is only a year even though its a mechanical fault. Also the weave has popped out on several chairs (thou I have not reported this yet). I cannot recommend this company.

Regarding the warranty, please note that the promotional advert you refer to is managed directly by the garden centre from which the set was purchased.
As such, we are unable to advise on third-party advertising or promotional materials. Our warranty terms are clearly outlined in the instruction manual included with your furniture at the time of purchase, and we do our best to ensure these terms are transparent and consistent.
We do take all concerns seriously and aim to resolve issues wherever possible. As mentioned in our colleague’s email, if you feel the advert was misleading, we recommend raising this directly with your place of purchase so they can investigate further.
In terms of the weave issue you mentioned, we have not yet received a report regarding this. We would always encourage customers to contact our team directly about any concerns so we have the opportunity to assist. Leaving a review to highlight an unresolved issue without first giving us the chance to help isn’t entirely fair to the team who are here and happy to support you.

A summer must have!!!
A summer must have! I bought the grillstream 6 burner hybrid coal/ gas bbq a few days ago.
Excellent quality. Easy to move around particularly if the grills are removed.
Very easy to use- all coal, all gas or part coal part gas side by side. It’s also easy to switch from coal to gas or coal again.
The meats are well seared without burning as there is little fat fire flare ups.
The company responds very quickly by email when I had a question. I asked about grill lifters and they sent it to me free of charge within 2 days.

LG parasol break.
Contacted LG as a parasol we bought last summer as part of a dining set had broken. I asked if they did replacement arms as one arm had broken at the joint.
Got a reply email next day asking for a copy of receipt and photos. Contacted Charlie's who we purchased this from who were excellent and immediately sent me a copy of our receipt. Sent this and photo to LG. Email received next day saying the parasol was being replaced. Parasol arrived next day via Fed Ex. From initial contact to replacement arriving.....4DAYS!!!
Absolutely brilliant service from LG, what a fantastic company!!! No quibble just easy communication and instant solution. Shout out to Charlie's Garden Centre too and the speedy delivery from Fed Ex. I'm a very happy customer. Highly recommend.

We bought a cast iron outdoor table and chairs supplied by this company (via John Lewis). Excellent stylish product. I managed to lose one of the adjusters on the table and emailed them to see if I could source a replacement. A representative from the company (James) was kind enough to post me a replacement free of charge. Great customer service.

EXCELLENT customer service
I contacted Leisuregrow having purchased some garden furniture 12 years ago. I wanted to have some replacement seat cushions. I used the telephone number and then uploaded some photographs of my furniture. The staff could not have been more helpful despite the age of my furniture suggesting places where I could obtain replacement cushions.

My gas BBQ acts like a flame thrower…
My gas BBQ acts like a flame thrower but for Leisuregrow to act on the warranty they insist I make a video of me burning my hands and arms as I ignite the bbq to show them that there is a problem. The flames come back at you over the control panel as you press the igniter. That company have no regard for the safety of their consumers. My biggest regret is now having purchased an expensive Grillstream Bbq. I should have remained loyal to Weber.
Since writing this review the retailer has collected the bbq from me having given me clear instructions NOT to try lighting it under any circumstances and they have given me a FULL refund. I have now replaced this dreadful Bbq with one made by Broil King. What a Wonderfull bbq that is and far surpasses the Grillstream product in every way,.

Please be assured that at no point has our team asked you to ignite the BBQ or put yourself at any risk.
In fact, our request for a video was solely to help us understand the issue with your BBQ more clearly – and this did not include operating it with the gas on or lighting it. In your email, you mentioned using a match to light the BBQ, but we have not requested that you do so.
So far, we’ve only received a photo of the front of the BBQ, and unfortunately, this doesn’t provide the information we need to fully assess or resolve the issue under warranty.
As with any manufacturer, our warranty process requires sufficient visual evidence to identify and verify faults. This is standard practice and helps ensure we provide the correct support or parts as needed.
We absolutely want to help you and resolve this matter, but without more detailed images or video showing the issue (not involving operation or lighting), our team is limited in what they can do.
We hope you’ll be willing to work with us so we can get this sorted for you as quickly as possible.

3 burner grill stream classic…
Bought a 3 burner grill stream classic hybrid BBQ from John Lewis.
Love the BBQ, then after I’d used it a couple of times I realise I had stupidly forgotten to removed the plastic from one part (oil channel) and had now burnt it on.
Emailed customer services asking if I could buy a replacement part. They responded immediate and sent me out a replacement for free.

Having been told over the phone by David in your customer service team that I would get all the help I needed to select a suitable replacement bed by sending a photo and email to consumer@leisure etc the response I received falls well short of what I expected.
