I bought some Noma xmas lights
I bought some Noma xmas lights. The instructions were a joy - not some sequence of incomprehensible pictures - but written instructions: and in beautiful, clear English as spoken here. This gave me such pleasure I read every word. I then wrote to congratulate the Company, and within a few minutes had a charming acknowledgement. I emailed quite a few friends about this, and they were all impressed. (And the lights are just what I wanted.)

I phoned yesterday about a replacement remote control for Christmas lights, I spoke to Trudie who told me then don't stock them anymore. She then said she would send me a wand that would do the same job, she sent it free of charge & I received it within 24 hours. (Plus some chocolates)Trudie was polite, friendly & knowledgeable.

I cannot recommend Leisuregrow LTD Products (Noma Lights) highly enough. From start to finish, the level of service I received was nothing short of exceptional.
We were hosting a party and realised at the last minute that we needed a transformer for our Noma lights. What could have been a complete disaster was turned into an incredibly positive experience thanks to David, who went above and beyond any customer service I have ever experienced.

I bought some nostalgic Christmas lights, the kind my mother bought when we were children and I didn't put them up straight away so when I did and found one of the shades missing I didn't even remember which garden centre I'd got them from so I emailed the company. I was basically just wanting to be able to buy a shade so my lights are perfect and a little nod to Mum who is no longer with us. They far exceeded my expectations and within 5 days not one but five replacement shades arrived and they didn't ask for a penny!! Replacement Light Accessory
On opening our Christmas Lights this year we found that the wand controller for our Noma Magic Candles was not working.
I phoned Noma and after a quick email a replacement was sent out within a day and delivered the following one.

Excellent customer service
I bought some Noma Christmas lights from my local garden centre, but when I got home I discovered that the transformer unit was not working. I returned them to the garden centre and the manager replaced the transformer with one he had spare from a completely different set of lights. The lights now worked, but the settings were completely different from the ones I wanted. I was also unsure if it was safe to use. I contacted the customer service team at Leisuregrow to ask their advice. They responded promptly, reassuring me that the lights were safe to use. Leisuregrow also told me that they would send out a new transformer for my lights that would enable them to operate as they should.
I was extremely happy with the service I had received from Leisuregrow. They showed excellent customer service, setting the bar for other companies to aspire to.

I bought a outdoor 1.2m star - which I was so excited to put up. Unfortunately, once assembled - it didn't work.
James in Support dispatched a new transformer within moments - and whilst I was skeptical that it would resovle the problem. I'm delighted to say, that it's now working.

Chuffed with my lights and service from Leisuregrow
I bought the White Multifunction Décor Tree Lights and I’m chuffed with them. I was undecided after I placed my order so asked the trade department at Leisuregrow for advice regards cluster and string, I ordered the cluster ones at first. James advised me that the string lights would give my Christmas tree more of a twinkle and that sold it for me, James changed my order there and then and the lights were with me 3 days later. Excellent service and Excellent quality lights, these are my second set of Noma tree lights in 10 years and my 10 year old warm white lights are still going strong, I just fancied a change this year. Thank you.

I bought the pickwick Christmas lights…
I bought the pickwick Christmas lights from my local garden centre. They are LED versions of my childhood Christmas lights and I love them so much! There was a small problem as one of the little plastic skirts was missing so rather than take them down, I emailed customer services and they replied straight away and offered to post me replacements - they were sent first class and arrived the very next day!
