Bought 2 bikes from Bedford following the amazing customer service and support from LLB Bedford.

Massive shout out to Luke for going above and beyond getting my son's bike ready to collect on his birthday.

What an amazing experience with leisure lake bike the staff are super friendly helping you out with your cycling needs. I'm a colleague that works for this go outdoors store and I need my bike to get me back and forth from home to work. My bike had problems with the back bearings and needed a replacement wheel for my bike. Leisure lakes was super nice and lended me a temporary bike for the time being whilst my bike was in for repairs and to the whole leisure lakes team I owe you a huge thanks.

Great service, great staff, have been back most weeks since purchasing my bike for various bits to upgrade and all the staff have been so helpful. Would and have recommended them to cycling friends.

Alex was brilliant, I’d already ordered the bike in to the bedford branch and as soon as it was there Alex contacted me and helped me all the way through with my 9 year old son. He had my son test ride the bike and set it up to his needs, this included trimming the handlebars and seat post down and setting the preload on the suspension etc all free of charge, also done us a deal on some pedals. Everyone is happy so thanks very much. Thanks to the other sales staff for sorting the finance side of things. 👌

I just wanted to pass on my appreciation to the bike tech/service department at GoOutdoors in Bedford.

Particularly the customer service from Alex & Luke was outstanding.

I had recently purchased a Calibre Line T3 on the website and had partially built my new bike at home. However, I needed help fitting the dropper post as I had no experience in this and didn’t want to balls it up!

After initially calling ahead, I was told to bring my bike in at short notice, with no need to book ahead.

Alex & Luke were quick to get to grips with my bike, and had the dropper post sorted in no time. Alex took it upon himself to get me set up on the bike, fine tuning my suspension settings and generally passing on great advice. His passion for biking clearly shines through!

No job was too big for Alex and he went above and beyond to make sure I’d have a decent bike setup. His attention to detail and wealth of experience and knowledge is an asset to your company.

Please pass this on to any managers and the staff members, as these lads are incredibly talented and on top of their game!

Was looking for a Trek mtb for my sons birthday, good selection, no pressure sales and very knowledgeable and helpful member of there team.

I contacted Leisure Lakes Bikes expressing my interest in a Whyte Elyte 150 RSX. I received a prompt reply from the central office but unfortunately the contact information for my closest outlet in Bedford didn’t work. However, my enquiry spanned the opening of this new franchise location which I put down this confusion to but once I realised it was open, I visited and was able to throw my leg over the object of my desire and give it a spin around the car park. It was enough to give me the feel I was looking for. A bit more confusion on pricing was followed by some pretty good communication which led to me subsequently to picking up the shop display unit, which wasn’t so bad as it was freshly displayed.
I wasn’t sure if I was being fobbed off when my request for delivery wasn’t acted upon but in practice, the pick up enabled the Bedford guys to set the bike up for my weight and I felt that I was being treated very well. I came away feeling that I have a good deal and with a positive vibe for the Bedford folks. Five stars for the outcome, after all, I was dealing with a very new team. I took the Whyte straight out onto the trail and realise it is some bike - very happy with my new purchase.
Worth mentioning, impressive selection of bikes on show within a location probably more associated with the budget end of outdoor living.

From the very first phone call that I made, the assistant Alex was very helpful in explaining the different types of bikes.
The process was very simple to get a sample bike in to trial.
When I went to ride the bike, again, the process was simple and everything was well explained.
After a brief cycle and more advice, I decided to purchase the bike.
Alex was very helpful in further explaining all about the bike and how to adjust things etc..

Received a follow-up email from Alex outlining his suggestions for items to purchase.

All in all, I would thoroughly recommend them to anyone.
