No hard sell and no protections bike talk .big thanks the Dave for making me feel at home. Setting my bike up and taking me through the do's and don’t. Don’t know the name of the guy who handed over my new bike (Bury Store). He was super knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. I did stand downstairs in the store for a while with staff walking around me but not engaging. Anyway, when I made it upstairs the service was excellent!!

Purchased a e-bike today from leisure lakes Bury, great service and was treated respectfully, had time to set my bike up and worked tho the list of questions I had.

Also got a price match on an item which sealed the deal .
