Easy ordering on the website. 2 items for my son's birthday, goods in stock at the Bury shop so ready quickly, parking available and service with a smile! Even found myself browsing round the shop, it had so many great things for cycling..... and I dont even have a bike! What more could anyone ask for.

Got a great deal on my new turbo kenevo expert. From the start the sale's team was super helpful it was no trouble digging out bikes to swing a leg over and find the right one..they asked me when i wanted to pick up my bike so I said on the Tuesday witch was a few days later ..so I arrived to pick it up late that evening to be told it wasn't ready and it would be the next day.i was a bit annoyed coz I'd took time off work to go and collect and would have to do the same the next day but Angie who I delt with made a few calls to the workshop and got the boys going and pulled out all the stops so I could complete the purchase...special thanks to Angie who was exceptionally professional throughout the finance process and Really funny too my whole process with leisure lakes bury was outstanding..they really do go that extra mile thanks to everyone who delt with me even lofty too who organised a shack wrap too

I went to the store to pick up my bottom bracket after receiving an email saying it was ready to collect. When I got there I was kept waiting 15 mins until I was informed there was a “stock error” and they would get the part in the next day. No apology for my wasted journey and being messed about. They said they would CALL ME the next day so I stopped in until finally late afternoon I got a EMAIL saying it was ready. It was too late for me to go though so I picked it up the next day at which time they asked me if I had paid for it!!! Hence the 2 stars :-(

Excellent service

I had a strange problem with my Orbea road bike which became permanently stuck in Walk Assist mode. The Bury workshop (and Tony in particular) put in a lot of work to solve the problem. They were persistent when I'm sure others would have given up. Excellent people to deal with.

Faulty tyers unsuitable for any bike very disappointed

Superb customer service supplied by Andy at lthe Bury store. Quite a big spend with lots of different components and clothing that took some getting together but Andy was a real pro and got everything sorted out.
