I wanted a bike that would give me some oomph
I wanted a bike that would give some assistance especially on the hills. Its very hilly where I live. I received good advice and was shown several electric bikes and their attributes were pointed out carefully. I made my choice and absolutely delighted with the choice I made.
There was a niggle after it had been delivered and Leisure Lakes dealt with it promptly and I was very please with the outcome.
The staff that looked after me throughout the store from buying the bike and the delivery, to the sales for a new seat and helmet were very knowledgeable helpful and friendly.
At 75 it has opened up my cycling life and I love the bike I bought. Hills are no problem for me.
I recommend Leisure Lakes Bikes to anyone.

Fantastic Service
I had trouble with my headset bearings and couldn't fix it myself. I went into the branch with my forks and bearings and got fantastic help from Lofty! He took time to explain things and sorted the problem out in a timely manner.
