Great experience, good price!
I got my bike at a brilliant price, ordered online for pickup. I had to chase a bit to find out when it would be ready, the communication wasn’t as described but when I spoke to someone they were very helpful. The pickup experience was superb, the bike setup, the shop experience, all brilliant. The guy who did it all with me was very knowledgeable, really pleasant and did a great job of setting up the bike.

Nipped in on the off chance
Had a little gearing issue needed sorting mid ride. All the staff were so helpful, chatty and friendly. Job sorted 10mins later, and a free coffee thrown in too. Bike ran like a dream for the rest of the day.

Great service
Great service, was a little nervous updating my bike. Got some great advice. Never felt rushed, they spent lots of time advising me about shoes, bikes, lights etc etc. Fantastic team and LOVE my new bike. Can’t thank them enough.

The FIVE TEN Trailcross GTX
The FIVE TEN Trailcross GTX were at a reasonable price. Ordering was easy and delivery was good. I paid for tracking of my item.
The boots fitted well and by going half a size up, have enough room for thicker socks.
I have worn them twice and had dry feet both times. You can get moisture tracking down your socks so I'm looking into better over trousers that will stay over the boot tops when riding.
All in all I'm happy with my purchase and I will use leisure lakes again.
