Good experience
Good experience, just a little disappointed at finding a scratch on the paintwork of my 3 grand bike ,50 pound voucher was welcomed though .decent bike shop will shop again
Great value
Great value, Fast delivery, it’s a shame the post office stole my shorts. Sent new ones straight away
Excellent customer service
Parts have been damaged twice
Parts have been damaged twice when stored at the Crossgates shop. When bits have fallen off a new bike after less than a few months. Nothing is leisurelakes fault or warranty. Selling bikes as mountain bikes that they say aren't when bits drop off that they fitted. Loose parts just tightened up not replaced when damaged. No apologies just you should have checked it more often. Even after they had just supposed to have serviced it. Straight out of the shop derailleur catching in the wheel when put into first gear.
Had been left in second gear to hide that it hadn't been checked or they knew they had damaged it. Blamed 14 year old .
Surely,
If the derailleur was catching the chain when the bike was took into the shop for the 6 month service. It would have been spotted and corrected as PART OF THE SERVICE??
Or was it the service that wasn't completed?
Either way my son could have been hurt, If the derailleur had gone fully into the Wheel.
A real shame as some of the mechanics there. seem really keen to help. but the manager Wayne refuses to repair despite making lots of online promises

Quality service
I bought a few bits from leisure lake which all came super early! Went to the shop to pick them up and ended up buying some more stuff while I was there.
Great friendly staff, very knowledgeable and helpful.
They also have great stock, with some awesome bikes!
Definitely worth a visit.

Great
Great, the team built the bike quickly and went out of their way to deliver it to me on time.
Great shop great staff
Click and collect order process…
Click and collect order process promptly and efficiently. Very helpful in-store. Also had a good selection of winter gloves and I ended up buying a pair in store. Only slight negative is during a time of compulsory masks in shops I would have preferred all the staff to have been masked when near the customers rather than just some.
Ordered on line and was delivered on time
Ordered on line and was delivered on time.
Fast efficient service
Bike purchase
Very happy with the purchase of the bike online.
I ordered the bike to be delivered to my house and there was a slight error that it had been delivered to the store. ( hence only 4 stars)
I had to phone the store to see when the bike would be delivered and ‘Mike’ was very helpful.
The bike came when expected and the driver was also very friendly and helpful.
I would use this company again.
Great service
Just great knowledgeable help staff
