Great communication in arranging delivery with me. Unfortunately the front disc rotor on the bike was buckled in transit but a new one was quickly dispatched out to me. 36 month interest free payments. Highly recommended.

Kept me updated with dispatch etc. would use again. Only issue was with royal mail, it was 48 hour tracked but delayed a few days as royal mail kept sending my package to Manchester instead of Cumbria in error, despite Leisure Lakes Bikes having my correct address on the package. Thus was solely the fault of royal mail. Leisure lakes were extremely helpful.

I bought a bike from Leisure Lakes Bikes online and it was delivered and built in the Ulverston store. I am very happy with the bike, it was ready in the timeframe specified when I placed the order and I received a text message when it was ready for collection. When I collected it Phil was extremely helpful and gave great advice to get me started. I couldn't have received better service and would highly recommend Ulverston Leisure Lakes bikes.

I've bought a few bikes from the team in recent years and have always had a good experience. When the inevitable warranty issues crop up I've always felt supported by the team at the shop, they've sorted them out quickly, and with good communication, which isn't always the case elsewhere.

Visited Leisure Lakes Bikes in Ulverston today and had a fantastic experience. The staff provided excellent advice on child bike sizing and selecting a first geared bike, which was incredibly helpful. Staff at Ulverston LL gave us good advice when updating the wheels of an old MTB. Update completed on time. Bikes now much better.
