Quick & Efficient
Ordered bike Christmas Eve on website. Collected bike the day after Boxing Day. Very straight forward and efficient collection of the bike with no hassle. Bike ready when they said it would be which was only a few days after I ordered it, and I got a call to say it was ready.

Excellent customer service
Extremely helpful, friendly and informative. With no clue about e-bikes their customer services skills were excellent and advice was brilliant. They took the time explaining options with regards to bike spec that suited my size.

Picked up a new bike today. Ran into a snag with the bike which was going to be expensive to get around. Staff there totally sorted us out even though they did not have to. Cannot recommend highly enough!

Couldn’t be more happier with my new bike. Kerrie went up and beyond to help me get the right bike.
Very good experience and everyone in the shop were very friendly. Would 100% recommend anyone to go get a bike or bike bits from them and I will definitely use them again.
