Beautiful, quality shoes for my Granddaughter!!
I purchased a pair of beaded shoes for my granddaughter for her 2nd birthday on line. The ordering process was simple and straightforward, the delivery was free and excellent, the packaging was lovely and the shoes exquisite. 10/10 Beautiful quality product very impressed !

Perfect for a princess!!
My daughter absolutely loves these!! i struggle with finding her shoes that fit her narrow feet but these are a perfect fit!! (Even kept her feet dry when she jumped in the biggest puddle I'd ever seen!!!)

I ordered my daughters school shoes the week the school went back.. Struggled to get size and style in all nearby shops so I Ordered online on Monday 3pm received Tuesday 12.30!!! Can't ask for better service than that !!

hairclips fell apart after one day.
I brought the lelli kelly shoes with detachable hair clips and was dissappointed when after one day the hair clip had fallen to pieces. I have always used lelli kelly since my daughter started school. So am very dissapointed with this shoe she can now no longer wear the clips on so I have a very upset 7 year old.

disgraceful customer service
Sent me the wrong style shoe when I rang to complain I was told I was wrong. She claimed it wasn't possible that a mistake could have been made. She would not listen to my complaint and hung up on me.The manger is completely incompetent and dose not know her own website she claimed to have created.there are plenty of other company's selling lellie Kelly shoes I would not recommend this one.
