Customer service dealt with a query I…

Customer service dealt with a query I had previously over a previously undelivered item. On this occasion the item was delivered promptly with no problems at all. Very professional to work with. I will definitely purchasing equipment from here again.

No Kit received and No refund

I have purchased a Godox flash and kit
They said they would dispatch the order in max a week time. I had no news from them for 2 weeks
I wrote few emails, which received no reply

Then called the costumers service and finally they told me they were waiting on the kit. After more than a month the Kit has not been received. I have asked for a refund and I am still waiting for it. Very disappointed with their service

I really hope I will get my money back and hope people can find my review useful

I have purchased the kit beginning of April- knowing it would be in stock max in 10 days.
They have never sent an email to update and they never replied to my emails

I have asked for a refund 2 weeks ago, I have still not received my money back. I have never had such an unprofessional and unreliable service.

We apologise sincerely for any inconvenience caused by your order. We did notify you of the delay going past the initial estimated delivery date but we are incredibly sorry if you had not seen this. The Accessory kit was part of a UK wide delay which we only recently managed to resolve with Godox and we are sorry that we could not get this to you on the date initially estimated but are glad we were able to get the rest of your order out to you.

We have processed your refund as of the date requested, however we do ask that you allow 2-5 working days for this transaction to go back into your account as standard for refunds and apologise that this was not instantaneous and have send proof of this to your email.

We are sorry we were not perfect for you this time and hope that the rest of your order is right for you, however please do not hesitate to get in touch if you require more assistance.

Ordered an item lunch time on a Thursday had it in my hand by Friday morning. Well packaged and much cheaper than anywhere else online. Would highly recommend

Almost 1 month I'm waiting my…

Almost 1 month I'm waiting my "pre-ordered" flash strobe, which had to be dispatched within 25.April - 05.May.
I ordered it on their Godox website, which is the same Lencarta's website.
Accordingly with you already 3rd time ask me write the review, I'm writing.
I highly not recommend to buy "pre-ordered" items here, terms on website always moving forward and not match with reality.

Don’t buy if it’s not in stock they will not post

Don’t buy if it’s not in stock
I ordered a flash controller that was due to go for delivery within 1 weeks. After 1 week I chased as no delivery or update. Was advised there was a delay and would be delivered within two weeks. It appears they provide false information on their website so they can take money rather than have to “pre-order” and take at time of delivery. Have reported also to trading standards

Disappointing.

I've bought from Lencarta a few times before without any problems. However my last order took a long time as one of the items suddenly became unavailable (which I saw no indication at the time of order.) I had to order one of the items from another source so I could use it on a shoot that was booked in so I contacted Lencarta asking for the order to be cancelled and refunded. As if by magic I then received an email saying the order was being dispatched. Waited weeks to receive something I no longer needed. It would be a 1 star review if they hadn't been so reliable in the past.

Do not respond to emails and the phone is never picked up. Had an item on pre-order and have been unable to get any kind of order update from the company.

Lencarta do not respond to e-mails, really poor company

Lencarta do not respond to e-mails, after ten days although they claim to have 10 of the model in stock my order is still awaiting dispatch with postal service "In-House Logistics 24" this appears to be an account handling service not a postal service. I will not use them again and recommend everyone avoids them like the plague.
