I've had a few loans with Lending Point and they never disappoint. It seems like every interaction gets easier and quicker then the previous. They are definitely my go to.

I have enjoyed the loan I first got in 2008. But, as of now I still have a loan with them, I later paid off additional debts and didn't realize the interest was so high. 34.99%. And they won't try to give me anything lower. My monthly payment is $835.02 on a loan of $26,000.00 the payment is a little less than my house payment. I feel that the interest was not explained to me correctly. I have never paid a rate of 34.99% that is just crazy!!! I have called several times only to get the same answer "They can't rewrite the loan...unless you are borrowing additional monies."

Great staff, helped me with what I needed and got me set up quickly

Thank you so much for helping me with my home improvement loan. Trevor Kiefer was very helpful. I asked him about a million questions before I went through with my loan, he answered all my questions and concerns.

Smooth and easy process.
However I gave you 3 stars because nowhere in my interaction with Mr. Barber did he mention anything about his fee ($1500) which was taken out of the loan amount. Big suprise to me when I found out. Be sure to ask how much the agent helping you is getting so you are not suprised at the end like I was.

Ronald Barber was very helpful and knowledgeable. He covered the process and fees so I understood everything. I received an email that I was funded within half an hour.

I borrow money from them
I made all of my payments on time.
I checked my credit report and found out they are not reporting my payments for 6 plus months . This has impacted my credit score in a negative way
I have called and each time I’m told they are working on it .
They have to put each customer’s information manually.
Each time their story changes
I will never borrow money from them again.
I highly advise to be careful of their behavior

I had to refinance because I couldn’t pay for a month due to an injury. Elma Fortune came through for me the next day, and was able to do everything over the phone.
