Lendio was great
Lendio was great. Forward Funding did not wire the funds as promised (eventhough I paid extra for them to do so). They have yet to refund the extra cost of the wire transfer and are not returning any of my communications. Will not do business with them in the future.

In this case, an internal system error incorrectly converted a nominal monthly rate into an APR for a fee-based line of credit. Once identified, we immediately explained the issue, paused the process, and worked with you to find a better solution rather than moving forward on terms that weren’t accurate.
As a result, we were able to secure a reduced commitment fee and qualify you for a term-based line of credit with transparent, APR-based pricing. While this adjusted the term length, it significantly reduced the overall cost of financing—saving nearly $22,000 compared to the original option.
We strive to be transparent and act in our customers’ best interests, especially when something doesn’t go as planned. We appreciate the opportunity to correct the issue and help you secure a more cost-effective solution, and we’re continuing to improve our systems to prevent this from happening again.
