Run, don't walk
My former company applied for an SBA loan with Lendio about 3 years ago. Immediately I started getting spam calls and texts to my personal phone number. The Lendio rep told me to ignore them and deal with Lendio directly. Lendio was never able to fund a loan, and my old company found a better alternative, but I still get multiple daily spam messages. I found a form online to delete our information but "privacy at lendio.com" disclaimed responsibility. Do yourself a favor and deal with a different lender who won't make your life an ongoing nightmare.

Terrible experinece avoid them !!!! a new advisor every week. No one truely trying to get my SBA. just selling a hard push to a high-rate loan against recievables 50% interest. One guy did and told him I'll review it. The next day, he was gone, and so was the SBA offer. After that, my name and info were spread to every person in the industry with 200 contacts. I felt like a lady for hire on a bathroom wall. My credit suddenly had 75 inquiries for a loan

Worst of the worst loan you can ever…
Worst of the worst loan you can ever take in your life, the process of the loan is so easy but the Terms and interest are so difficult so high and ridiculously stupid complicated. Taking this loan is basically slaving you self to them for the term of the loan. 10 thousand dollar you take as loan to help your self stand on your feet or pay off your other debt, you'll end up paying back 25k within only a year… don’t recommend it at all unless you really in-need of it and remember your going to slave your self to them.

I have been spammed to death with texts…
I have been spammed to death with texts and calls multiple times a day since reaching out to Lendio. At the very beginning I did speak to a couple of the lenders that called and the deals they were offering were outrageously bad. I have excellent credit. It was obvious Lendio is doing nothing to filter who they are handing your information out to. Last month Lendio reached out to me directly and I asked them to please never contact me again and I explained that the phone calls and texts have been relentless. They did not respond but the number of calls and texts increased again. The spam had slowed down at that point (after months). Now I’m right back to where it originally started and it hasn’t slowed down. To give you an idea, I’ve gotten two spam calls WHILE writing this review.

When you apply for business financing, credit reporting agencies may share notification of your credit inquiry with other lenders (known as trigger leads), which can result in additional loan offers from companies you didn't apply with. This is a standard industry practice and does not involve Lendio sharing your specific application details. You can opt out of trigger leads at OptOutPrescreen.com or by calling 1-888-567-8688.
We'd be happy to look further into this matter for you. Any information you can provide — such as the names and contact information of the lenders calling you, or any screenshots of texts and emails you can forward to us — would help us investigate. When you asked us to stop contacting you in April, we respected your wishes and moved your file to Do Not Contact status. Because your account is in Do Not Contact status, we are respectfully not reaching out to you directly.
