Created with AI, based on recent reviews

Looking at 237 reviews, most reviewers were let down by their experience overall. Many customers expressed deep frustration regarding prolonged delivery delays, missing orders, and unexpected weeks of waiting to receive their money back after returning items. Buyers frequently described receiving broken products alongside unhelpful interactions with support representatives who constantly failed to provide proper solutions. Some reviewers were happy with the assistance they received, noting that support agents handled serious technical issues politely and resolved problems effectively. A few other people also felt that the computer hardware performed quite adequately overall and appreciated receiving prompt free repairs when internal components failed unexpectedly.

Dreadful customer service!!!

Dreadful customer service!!!
I ordered a laptop for my 90 year old mother who is no longer able to do much in her life, but she enjoys her laptop. She gave me money to order her a new one as her old one wasn't working so well. I ordered one from Lenovo, whom I might add I've had many laptops from without issue, however I've never had to return one before!
It all started on 2nd January, I ordered the wrong model after speaking with them on their online chat (which i have screen shots of)I told them I'd ordered the wrong model. The person told me just to refuse delivery and send it back, which is what i did. I gormtcan email from the carriers (UPS) saying it had been returned to sender on 15th January. When I hadnt received my refund I called on 29th January '26, and was told that they had received the laptop in their UK depot, but I couldn't get my refund until they'd received in back in the Netherlands. I called again on 15th February for them to argue that they had "returned to sender" when in actual fact it was me that returned it to them! I was then told they would investigate and that would take 5-7 days then my refund would take a further 5-7 days! STILL NO REFUND!!! I called again in 3rd March, they are now saying it was delivered and I had received it!!!! My case is being escalated AGAIN which will take another 5-7 days!!!!!!! It is an absolute shambles. Every time I speak with someone different and get a different scenario thrown at me!!!
I have now handed it over to my credit card company to fight my case for me.
I tried to write a review on their website but got an email back to say they couldn't publish it as it didn't meet the website criteria!! I wonder why?? 🤔

Think Centre M90

I ordered a computer on the 8th January which arrived faulty and opted for a replacement. Instead of taking the 6 working days for the item to be returned, it took over two weeks. I was told it would take 2 working days from receipt of the returned item before a replacement could be sent but I was then notified that it would take a further two weeks. Two weeks later I was notified again that it would take a further 2 weeks before a replacement could be sent, so I cancelled my order and was informed I would be credited back the money within 5-7 working days. It came as no surprise that the refund didn’t come through on time and I have been informed it will take another five working days. I cannot understand such dreadful service.

Worst experience I've ever had

Worst experience I've ever had with purchasing a laptop. My address is 3-5 Street and they had it as 35 Street. This simple error that Lenovo made with UPS not me, caused major delivery issues. The customer service is in India so you know how that goes. It's pathetic and a very stressful experience. I don't recommend purchasing a laptop from Lenovo UK.

Lenovo – Very frustrating company – Not trustworthy!

On the Lenovo website I bought a Laptop, straight after I realised I had bought the wrong one and needed the higher spec more expensive one. Logged into their website and cancelled the order. Next day I went in and checked the progress and the status was in progress and not cancelled. Called them up and the agent said not to worry because it was not due for 10-12 days he would cancel. I got a despatched email from UPS, checked the tracking and it had left China. Call them again and the gut said when the ite arrives to reject it and it would be returned and refunded. I did that 12 days later and they receive the item back on the 13/Feb. I called them the following week to check on my refund and the gaent says he will process it now, a week later I called and the agent said the same thing. I raised a PayPal case and got my refund within 24hours. This is the worst experience I ever had , the agents lie and do not provide any customer care, to think I wanted to cancel and but another laptop from them,I dodged a bullet there. Use them at your own peril!

Worst costumer service ever

I recently purchased a Lenovo legion go 2 directly from Lenovo (at the time it wasn't available anywhere) . After completing the purchase I received an estimate delivery date and waited patiently. After the delivery date has passed i received an email saying that my delivery was delayed and a new estimate date was provided, since there wasn't much could do about it i waited some more. As the second estimate delivery date was getting closer I called Lenovo to check if they will be able to deliver on time and I was told that they can't due to some problems with parts being unavailable. This prompted me to cancel the order and request a refund (this happened on the 18 of February) . After cancelling the order I called Lenovo again to check how long will it take for the refund to be processed and I was told that it takes 48 hours for the cancellation request to be approved and once approved another 5 to 7 business days for the refund to reach my account. After the 48 hours for the cancellation expired I called again asking what is happening with my refund and I was told to give it another day. Next day I received an email with the shipping details for my parcel instead of a refund notification. Called Lenovo again and they promised they will recall the product to the warehouse and then issue the refund. The parcel it's now on way to me despite multiple reassurances from Lenovo costumer care that such a thing wouldn't happen. Every time I called i received the same robotic answers and nothing happened to resolve my issue. Never ever i my entire life ( I'm 40 this year) have felt more ignored and disrespected. Worst company ever. Never buying from them again

Not quick enough making the payment

I went through the process of configuring a laptop, confirmed payment via Paypal and then got this message when Paypal returned me to the Lenovo site:
Your cart invalid, cto cv invalid:["21QACTO1WWGB2~ThinkPad X9-14 Gen 1"].
That's pretty incomprehensible, so I had to get in touch with Lenovo to understand. They told me I was too slow in going through the checkout! Well, for a lot of people a laptop is a significant investment, so this is not very well handled. It was probably only ten minutes between getting the quote and trying to pay for it. My experience of Lenovo hardware has not been bad on the whole, but this prompts me to think that maybe I should consider other brands too.

Having had a memorably ghastly…

Having had a memorably ghastly experience buying a custom-made ThinkPad E14 Gen 7 (AMD) from Lenovo, I bought one from a UK retailer (Ikonic Technology; very good) and have had it for 4 months now. It works well - good touchpad and keyboard - but I have been bitterly disappointed by the battery life, especially having paid for the max battery size and suffered the extra weight of the machine in consequence. I'm lucky to get 3 hours of use out of this brick of a laptop, having got 10 hours from my much-missed and much lighter Toshiba. I will never go near Lenovo again.

Absolutely disgusting customer service.

Absolutely disgusting customer service.

We bought a brand new £1700 laptop last year. I have been desperately trying to sort with them a replacement as when the laptop arrived the keyboard was not working so we ultimately have paid out for new laptop that has never worked.

They pass you around from place to place - make you email them- I emailed them many many time in recent months and they still have not returned a response.

Lenovo UK Support: Extremely Poor Service

Lenovo UK support provides an extremely poor level of service, even for Premium Care subscribers. They neglect core responsibilities, closing tickets without resolution as quickly as possible - whether it's a simple question or technical issue.

Service feels fraudulent: No actual support despite paid Premium Care. They insist on disruptive phone calls midday (ignoring explicit email‑only requests), wasting professional time.

Hardware unknown, but support is unreliable garbage. Avoid Lenovo entirely, issues will be unsolvable, even with "premium" extras.

The worst laptop I have ever had

The worst laptop I have ever had, within 8 months of buying the mouse pad failed and despite many efforts to get it sorted it still does not work. I wont buy another Lenovo as its unreliable and clearly not robust enough for daily use

Buyer beware. They will devote themselves to not helping. Expect to go round in circles without any form of redress or solution. Truly awful, verging on dishonest. Definitely disingenuous.

Ordered a laptop a month ago and still…

Ordered a laptop a month ago and still no sign of it. Called customer "support" three times with no joy. Have asked to speak to a manager and apparently they are always busy or there isnt a manager. Have emailed the so called manager three times over the last few weeks, no automated email, no answer. AVOID Lenovo. Just have a look at all the 1 star reviews.

Dishonest, evasive, inept

Dishonest, placed an order which stated delivery would be one to four days. Next day received an email stating delivery now nearly three weeks away. Went to the Lenovo site to cancel order, filled in form and submitted. Two hours later received an email stating item has shipped. The keyboard arrived two days later, no desktop. Went back to Lenovo site to contact re cancellation - filled in form again to be told item cannot be cancelled as it has shipped. An hour later receive email stating item has shipped from Hong Kong (except it hasn't, they'd just generated a shipping label. This is a dishonest company that cannot get its sales service close to being right, I expect the post-sales service is equally evasive and inept.

Please avoid at all costs!

Please avoid at all costs! Like many others, I've just been censored by Lenovo for leaving a polite but a true accurate review on their own feedback site. Dealing with this company is an absolute nightmare. We received a Dead On Arrival (D.O.A) laptop shortly after Christmas. It took more than a week of pushing to initiate a return. Almost a month on from its return and we've still had no refund. One promise after another is broken. We were categorically told a refund would be received by 04th Feb at very latest. We still keep on being told it's in transit to Holland, & once it arrives then that team will issue a refund. Apparently no-one else is able to issue a refund. Their English depot had the machine with DOA certificate weeks ago, & we're told forwarded it to Holland in mid January! Every phone call to their customer 'care' team seems to start from scratch, and we go around in endless circles. Promised updates via email never come. It is beyond frustrating and very stressful. We're close to the point of going to Mastercard to try and get our money back. Lenovo, you're a truly dysfunctional disgrace of a company. This former trusted brand, today doesn't appear to care any more. Please don't make the same mistake as us & all the others here, trying to warn you to buy elsewhere.

Ordered a laptop and it didn’t work. Still awaiting refund

Ordered a laptop and it didn’t work. Sent back and I’m still awaiting a refund 6 weeks later. Went back to Europe and after that another 7 days. I have spent hours on the phone tearing my hair out. They never give me a complaint procedure and won’t let me speak to someone senior. Cheap annoying American rubbish.
