The staff here are very polite, professional and friendly, and I usually am extremely satisfied with the service, but I was promised my most recent film would be developed by the end of the day on December 2nd, but it still has not been received, two weeks after the purchase, so I feel somewhat disappointed this time around. I would overall recommend them, but I perhaps wouldn’t rely on the date they promise is the latest, and be willing to follow up with them.
