Delivery blackmail

No delivery (one item out of stock, so nothing sent), followed by slow delivery (several days), followed by blackmail: the delivery company (Citymail) said they have the delivery, but would hold it for a week unless I paid extra. Unbelievable. Instead, I ordered from Mister Spex and received my lenses the next day, fir a cheaper price and with no charge for delivery. So after years of being a Lenson customer, I now buy my lenses from Mr Spex. Thanks, Citymail.

You have to pay twice for delivery

Ordered on 6th Aug. Due to buggy website, which changes the focal power to -12 when you change the number of packets, order was wrong. Customer service is only open Mon-Fri, so had to try and work out how to make an account login, etc. but finally managed to cancel the order and place a new one: great. Nope: on the 14th, nothing has happened, and I need these lenses, so I login again to check and it says that one of the lenses are backordered, so they haven't sent anything. So I cancel that order again, and place a new one with only the lenses that are in stock, since I really need them. Ordered extra so that home delivery was included.

So today, two days later, 10 days after placing the first order, I get an SMS from Citymail asking if I want to pay extra to get my package delivered, which I've already paid for! Otherwise I can pick it up for free, HALF AN HOUR AWAY from my place: wow. If I don't pay, then will deliver it next week. Or will they? Who knows, since I already paid for delivery once, and didn't get it now. What a ripoff. Never again Lenson!

1 week and no delivery updates! all positive reviews are fake. what a sad company! SHIP my freaking lens.
