Delivery was very fast, material is so good, and the packaging looks expensive, they gave the free pouch for glasses which is also used for wiping the glass

Cheap price and fast service
This was my first experience with Lensway. I am really happy with my purchase. The price was good and delivery was fast.

Too long delivery time
The time it took for the delivery it was too long. I needed a faster delivery and I would have not ordered them here otherwise. It would have been nice to be warmed in advance and due to unavailability in the stock of the items I purchased that it would have taken longer.
I will not order fron Lensway anymore.

We can see that the lenses you ordered are order items which we must order in to our warehouse, process, pack and then send out to you. The estimated time for this is 7 businessdays.
On this occurance it seems as the delivery to our warehouse was a few days delayed which further delayed the delivery to you.

I needed to call customer support for…
I needed to call customer support for return of part of my order. But the phone line for customer service was connected right away & customer service person was helpful & informed me of how it works with partial return. so that helped adjusted my expectation when I'll get refunded.
