Just ordered a set of 12 low voltage lights for my fence. They came with everything in the box ready to install minus the transformer. After installing the lights it transformed my backyard. All was good but during installation I noticed one of the lights was defective. After reaching out to the company they ask me a few questions and sent out a replacement. This company has great service and are quick to respond to resolve any issues would highly recommend.

Had a piece that accidentally broke possibly from me putting extra pressure on it. Reached out to customer service and within a couple hours they already had the replacement piece shipped out to me free of charge. Top-notch service right there!

The customer service was excellent! I received a response to my email within 24 hours. My concern was addressed and easy to follow steps were given. When all was said and done, they honored the warranty on the product and are now delivering new lights!

The prices were good but the shipping was delayed. I opted for regular shipping that was supposed to arrive 4/15-16 but didn't get here until 4/17.

I purchased a set of 6 spotlights from LeonLite, unfortunately 2 of these lost light intensity after about 6 months due to some LEDs that did not work.
I contacted their technical support and the communication was quick and efficient, in just over 1 day I received confirmation of the replacement and relative tracking of the shipment.

We had looked for our outdoor lights at multiple retailer from very high end to box stores. We couldn’t find what we needed. I would first like to say that I absolutely love my landscape lights they are everything I wanted and more.
I had to reach out to the company regarding a small issue. Italia D Customer Representative @ Touchstar immediately got back to me via email and the were no delay in any of her responses she help me with my issue and everything was taking care of.
