Feedback: booking app was not very easy to understand. When you book for several people with one dog, it is confusing that the same dog has to be mentioned with each person.

Driver was really nice, quick & professional. My dog barked the entire time but the driver was understanding and patient. The whole process was stress free and overall a great experience!

Very professional, a few days before the journey I received a list of all the important points related to my dog's documents. I sent it to my vet and it was very helpful. The journey itself was smooth and very pleasant. The driver was so helpful and informative. He told us about every step on our way - what will happen, what to expect. The cages for dogs are comfortable and next to the seat, so you can always open and pet your dog if needed. My doggie went to sleep straight away 😄

Professional and caring service! The Driver was very friendly and caring for the wellbeing of us, human and pet.

The Van was spacious. Enough room for the pets to move and also store luggage for us passengers. The Seats where comfortable and directly beside our lovely pets.

Everything was a stress free as possible, the van and cages are in a good condition and the whole process was well explained and guided. If you get an early train in I wouldn’t recommend waiting at the Calais Frenthun train station as there is nothing there and it is rather cold!

I've travelled with my cat a few times and it's always hard to return to the UK without your own vehicle. Honestly, I'm so happy I found out about these guys and I can't recommend them highly enough.

Made the trip so easy once I got to Calais, the driver was fantastic and it was really fun travelling with other pet owners.

We were able to leave a little before departure as we all got there beforehand. Each step of the way the driver explained what we needed to do, for the pet immigration side of things, our immigration and so on.

Highly recommend this company and I will be travelling with them again.

Being able to organise with a real person, in real time the trip with my pet made it a joy to book.
The van was very well put together so that pets and people could be side by side and be safe at the same time.
The preliminary checks with pet passports took a large weight off my shoulders.
