for 2 days i had a back and forth…
for 2 days i had a back and forth communication with them to accept a return for 3 damaged products. the boots not only are fake but the fake is not even usable as the sole is not straight. i am talking about a pair of boots with 10 cm heels so you can imagine how it is like to walk on them and feel like you will fall on the next step
not to mention about other 2 pairs of sneakers which have pen marks and glue stamps. i wish i could attach photos
my order is worth 250€ and i basically lost the money because they do not accept the return and i can not ware them
