Amazing services!

Unfortunately, the recipient was absent; therefore, the delivery of the flowers was postponed until her return. What a first class service, just amazing!

Would not recommend

Would not recommend. The flowers were supposed to be delivered on Friday. I received a message asking if I want to cancel or have it delivered on Saturday. I did not hear anything back except that it had been delivered on Monday. 3 days too late!

No Delivery and No Refund

Exactly a month after the order of (funeral) flowers - not delivered - I still have not received a full refund. No replies from Customer Service! I am now filing a complaint with the Swiss Consumer Affairs Bureau and the Worldwide Consumers' Association. Stay away of this company!

I ordered flowers for a funeral in Davos that had never been delivered! However, the service was marked as "completed" and no one bothered to follow up with me or with the florists and to check what went wrong on the ground. A week later I still have not received a refund and not a word when this will be made. Finally, the communication has been very slow and unreliable throughout. I explained several times the sad occasion and the importance of the date/time of the delivery, to no avail - no one paid attention (no delivery).

2 orders, same price, awful difference

Order 962322 Nov 30 in Lugano was WONDERFUL. A beautiful crown of amazing flowers, Thank you very much. Order 962265 Nov 29 done by GD Flowers in Geneva was so ugly that I almost removed it from my neighbors front door. The presentation was APPALLING and the same amount of money got me 3 flowers, huge round silver plastic balls and an sms from Christiane in that flower shop that was rude. The difference in quality and quantity are immense between these 2 flower shops. (this is the FIRST time I have ever given a review online but I had to tell you)

The flowers were of exquisite quality but the timing of delivery failed

The flowers were of exquisite quality which is why I give a 3-star rating.

The reason that I don't offer the full 5 stars is that LesFleurs did not clearly communicate during the ordering process that flower deliveries from the supplier in question are suspended on bank holidays. This led my order to be delivered 24 hours later than expected.

Frankly, this is a material flaw for a service where timing of delivery is a material part of the value proposition.

Guaranteed delivery date a LIE

This company DOES NOT HONOUR THEIR GUARANTEE TO DELIVER ON CHOSEN DATE!!! I ordered a bouquet to be delivered to my daughter in Geneva for the 17th August for her birthday. On the day I checked my account and it said it had been delivered. She had not received it. Then I received a message from PostPac saying they will deliver the following day. Still NOTHING. They finally delivered 2 days later on the 19th
What is the point of receiving birthday flowers 2 days late? DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY! All they are offering is a refund on the delivery charge.

Impossibile to reach you on telephone. 1 Star
I hate no reply mails. Too complicated to find your email for a stupid 87 year old client.
I lost my wallet with all my credit cards just before I had to pay. It took me ages to locate your mail giving your bank details . I made a bank transfer and next day you sent me a reminder. I tried to call but again no answer. In my opinion you should improve this as I have often ordered trouble free bouquets by phone. Sorry if you don’t improve this aspect I will not order with you again. Score -1 Star. Fred Webb

Great experience thanks to your company. The customer service is very competent and fast, the bouquet corresponded perfectly to what I ordered (even better than expected).

Very disappointed about their flowers

Very disappointed about their flowers. My sister from USA send me flowers through them twice now. But she doesn't know that I receive the worst product the have, and even that would not be a problem if the flowers would be alive when I receive them. I would definitely have to tell my sister not to send me flowers through them because they don't care about their product and even customer.

Terrible Flower Service

If I could, I would give 0 stars. Worst price-to-quality ratio. There are many sights I would recommend over this one. Avoid ordering flowers here.
