Ordered Flowers 4 days in advance for my Mother's 80th birthday.
Received a message on her birthday saying that they can't fulfil the order, as their partner florists are closed.
Surely they would know this in advance.
Too late to arrange anything else.
Gutted!

From Ireland I ordered a plant as a house warming gift, for my son in Basel, Switzerland at lunchtime Friday, it was delivered to him the next morning. A beautiful, vibrant healthy plant.
This was such a positive shopping experience for me and I am delighted with the high level of customer care.

The florist told that it’s our fault and she does only classic bouquets and we have to like them. No sorry only arrogance. We ordered round and got a bunch of not arranged flowers worse than from any supermarket

The flowers which were provided were totally different to what I ordered, eg. I ordered roses and there were no roses provided. The bouquet I ordered was appropriate for the funeral while what was provided was a spring happy bouquet definitely not appropriate for such a sad occasion

I ordered flowers for my girlfriend for Valentine's day and the address provided has never been an issue for other deliveries. I received a tracking-number I could follow and everything seemed fine when it was sent this morning.
However, at 12:00 my girlfriend had still not received the package and when I checked the tracking I see that the package has been sent in return. No phone call, no message, no notification that this has been returned.
When I contact LesFleurs to inquire if they can be sent again I get the cold reply that "Due to the nature of the product, it is not possible to make a refund.". Given that the nature of their products is FLOWERS, I would hope that they would have the customer's view in mind in how they handle these sorts of deviations.
On LesFleurs website it reads: "If the florist finds it impossible to deliver the flowers or contact the recipient, the florist will inform us immediately of the non-delivery and we will inform you by email to the address given when the order was placed.".My girlfriend was at home, I was available and yet I received no notification.
Although LesFleurs can blame the Swiss Post for this, it is LesFleurs who I am interacting with. It is LesFleurs who I trusted to deliver the flowers. It is LesFleurs who I consider myself a customer of, and it is LesFleurs who ultimately has been unable to solve my problem.
I end this day a disappointed customer.

I ordered flowers for a surprise. They were delivered on the same day. The flowers were fresh, the message on the card was the same as what I had specified, and the vase I ordered it with was worth it!
The price is on the mid-high range but that’s worth it considering the quality of the flowers and the service.

The flowers died in 3 days, not really fresh and the weather was not even hot, so it was not from temperature. Delivery was ok, but freshness of flowers not really.

I orrdered flowers for my mom‘s birthday a month in advance. I received a confirmation… a few days before the delivery date, I got an email saying, there is nobody who can deliver in that area.
However, just a few years before, I sent my niece a very nice flower arrangement to the same village and it got delivered.
I was stunned to receive yet another email saying, I would graciously get a voucher. I didn‘t appreciate that and asked them to refund me. This never happened and it is already 10 days ago….
I was very disappointed about how this company handled my request.
I am still waiting for my refund, and no, it was not $20, it was very close to $ 80 that I am missing.

They didn't respect the delivery date! When I placed the order on their website it was clear that the delivery can be done on 8th of July. After the order was place I received a notification that the delivery can be don 7th of July or 10th of July, For me was very, very important to have the delivery on 8th of July! I am very disappointed with their service!

This is helpful for me to order with your company as I can order the vase together.
If possible, please allow more alternatives to order and deliver in 24 hours (but not same day delivery).

The order of flowers never arrived. Despite the correct address + telephone number for sender and receiver, they never managed to deliver.
The effort to find a solution was equal to 0 none, full payment, no flowers and no refund.
Strongly recommend steering clear of this company
