Soooooooo STUPIDDDDDDD. I don't even know why they have you set your location when it half a** works! I have tried to set my location 5 times still can't sell anything when I change my location because it doesn't have my location locked in even after I put my new address in. WHAT THE F IS GOING ON!!! and not only that your Photos never appear on the app the same way they appear on the phone. it's cuts a significant portion of your photo off from either the bottom or top or maybe from the left or right of the photo. Which ever part of the photo the letgo team feels the need to cut off with no consideration of which part of the photo is important to show off your product!!! WORST SELLING APP EVER!!! use facbook marketplace there you post your photo's and they look exactly they way they looked on your camera phone on your facebook account and way easier to change your location!!!

Site is a joke. What is the purpose of "FAV" ? You either want to buy it or you don't want to. Put a car on there to sell. Had numerous "is it still available" hits.......then nothing. Had a guy tell me he was coming with cash. Left work to meet him.....nothing. Not just the site but the people using it to . Will find other places too sell my stuff. Craigslist and Facebook Marketplace next up

Many to many so called members are not genuine nor do they follow thru with anything, I'm getting away from this site, absolute waste of my time and patience..letgo needs to get their sh** together...

It's a horrible place to do business ! Everybody is fake and pretty much everything is fake too and company does nothing to help the victims of fraud ! STAY AWAY

Was looking for a used car for my son & found all these great listings on LetGo. I thought I had found a great new way to find a reliable used car. The cars all looked in great shape & slightly less than I was seeing on other sites. After narrowing down my choices, the first person I contacted turned out to be a scam (story of military personnel soon deploying, will deliver car through Ebay delivery services..., found her email almost verbatim when I searched for "Ebay auto delivery scam").

Most other listings were dealers posing as private sellers. I don't know why they are doing it. Their profile shows that they've sold 5-10+ cars in recent history & have multiple cars listed for sale. Yet when asked about being a dealer, each one would deny it & say that they were selling their personal car/daily driver. Many of their listings would have slightly varying personal information (i.e., changing the town name slightly).

The one person who seemed to be legit turned out to be crazy. When we agreed to meet, he wouldn't give me an address and went radio silent. Then hours later he would bug me & ask me if I was coming. Cycle repeated several times before I gave up.

I was registered as a new user and as soon as I posted my first sale, "Anna" locked my account and placed it under review. This app is not very useful. Use Nextdoor.com. It's a better product.

LetGo is the absolute worst selling/buying app website out there.

Hardly anything listed and what is listed is near impossible to find.

The biggest problem is the search function. Completely broken. If you search an item with 2 words you get results completely different than what you searched.

If they had a NEGATIVE ZERO rating I would be all over it. First of all, good luck running a legitimate business on there. This app simply feeds you bots to peak your enthusiasm.

The bots aren't even slightly intelligent.

Its a mess.

My legitimate account, with gold badges and all was deleted for violating terms.

It's almost as bad as offerup. These people think it's some type of secret chat place where noone can ever know who they are. JOKE, JOKE, JOKE. Stay away from Letgo. Waste of time.

I should have listened to the bad reviews, but I had to try it for myself. Buyers offer ridiculously low offers on already very low prices. They say they will buy it, then they go MIA. Those who say they'll buy it don't show up. A mess. I'm done.

I sold a few things on Letgo.com. Some of the people were really nice and paid a fair price. Bought a bureau and coffee table that were very nice and paid very fair prices. The best part is how easy it is.

But as with any app, you get the jerks that say they are coming and don’t show. Wasted my time and annoyed me no end. Reported all three and will keep doing to all the no shows. There is no excuse for not telling me they changed their minds or decided they have something better to do.

Also letgo secretly charges monthly fee after free trial of $4.03. Lisa

I listed a few items on this site and all I got were people phishing for my information. People would claim to want to buy an item and try to force me to give them my personal info (cell number etc). I blocked most of the people who contacted me. It's a total scam. Not one serious offer. I will never use this site again and recommend anyone to stay away from it.

Complete waste of time and effort. They send you "bot notifications" just to keep your interest. The rest are spammers that want your phone number. Post your items anywhere else except this worthless website. Just wish I could give them ZERO stars..............

Wow. This app is beyond slow. Can't even type a response to someone without waiting at least 5 minutes to get the dialog box to stop loading. No other apps on my device come anywhere close to this kind of response time.

It's okay when selling but it's got like offer up and Craig's list with all the duplicate/over posting. Even though you flag or report it, the info you sent gets ignored. I stopped selling on it.

They are a joke everytime I post an add they say it is duplicated and it would be the first time I post it. They just need to shove it.

This same bs just happened to me. The buyer can just randomly get on your account and say anything they want to get you licked off there. That's what just happened to me cause it was affiliated with my neighbor that I cant stand. So he his friends make up some stupid name like willie William god godsmack....now I'm kicked off there because they said I said something to them that offended them. LETGO IS A JOKE ANYMORE!! IT NEEDS TO BE TAKEN DOWN!!! I could just pick one person and keep saying they did this and they did that just to be a jerk. I asked them for the evidence they had against me. Havent seen anything at this point. But if u have a lot to sell. Go to Ebay customer letgo is nothing but a headache anymore!!

Twice this week I have emailed sellers about the item they had for sale. They gave me there address I drove over an hour, then needed a gate code. No one there, when I called they said they sold it earlier that day, I asked why he gave me the address when it was already sold. So he put it was sold 2 hours after he gave me the address! The next one we set up a time and place so I called the day of and he said I already sold it, I asked him why did we set a time to meet and is it still up on letgo for sale, then an hour later it was posted that it was sold! So my advice don't believe any person's word! It doesn't exist!!! If someone tells you they will hold it for the time that you and the seller agreed and they sell it before your meeting is bullsheit!! Letgo should do something with items being sold and they don't remove the item! This is not Letgo fault! If you don't know how to give someone your word for the time you have set up with both parties, you shouldn't be selling anything!! IF YOU SELL SOMETHING MARK IT SOLD DON'T KEEP SETTING UP MEET TIME WHEN YOU ALREADY SOLD THE DAMN THING¡!!!!!!! If you don't know how to sell something let someone that does know how to sell something do it for you, it saves time, money and headaches. I had to give 1 star because that's the lowest score!! If you don't like my opinion I don't care!! When you give your word stand by it, it goes a long way!!!!

Who needs a store when you have LetGo? I always check the app for all my furniture and appliance needs. Only negative is how slow the app is. It really slows down the buying process and I really hope the speed up the navigation soon.

Letgo is another app that depends on the honesty of individuals participating. With that said..assume no one is honest. One major flaw is that the app does not allow the buyer to post reviews of the seller unless the seller reviews the buyer first. This allows the seller control of the rating process. If the seller sells an unacceptable item, or there is another issue - the buyer cannot make this known. The seller usually elects to allow only ratings that will be viewed as positive to be shown on the app. Therefore the ratings are not necessarily an accurate reflection of their selling interactions. Letgo provides no customer assistance or review process.
