Exceptional service — Shiraz Sharif handled every emergency with care and professionalism.

I gave five star to Shiraz who handled the flat from day one till the day we moved out. He is always in action to help fix the necessary things, (from broken knorknob to pipe leaking) He is very easy going person,He finds times to ring me back whenever he missed my calls or send me messages, I can easily discuss any concerns of the flat. Very professional.

Mr Hamza Patel has helped me with the renting of both my properties with absolute professionalism and always immediately responded to my inquiries. He has give me peace of mind for which I thank him.

I have been residing at 34 Park Grove Rd for 3 years. Since I moved in I have blessed with housing officer (Shiraz) who has always been proactive any helping with any housing issues that I have encountered.i could not have asked for a better officer and I just want to let Letting International know what an asset you have of an employee... do not let him go!!!!

This company is the worst landlord I've ever had. Their staff is consistently rude, and it takes an excessive amount of time and effort to get any issues resolved. You need to report the issues over and over and over again. To have whatever sorted out, normally, you have to escalate the complaint. Since I'm their tenant, I have already had to escalate issues to the MP, the company's CEO, and made formal complaints, all this while waiting around 2 years to have essential repairs done. Repairs that were putting my family at risk. Honestly, I wouldn't recommend them even if my life depended on that!

I would like to thank Shiraz for his support and help for me in the past 2 years.
