you are not helpful for a beginner traders like the other prop firms this morning i had a conversation with a guy from your support about my account test situation i lost 6.8% so i still have 1.2% in my total loss i requested a retry or just giving me more 2% in total loss but he said its not possible while oder prop firms are very helpful

I passed the phase 2 challenged
I passed the phase 2 challenged, signed the contract and get funded. Then I was trading when some where losing and some where profiting enough to cover the loses and be in profit but the system just kick me out and close all my trades in profit and just like that I loose my $89 fee, lose my profit trades and loss the funded account. I believe the system is built to make you fail in every way. Please don’t sign up especially if you’re newB or else you will loose your fees.

Poor costumer service feedback
LeveledUpSociety has definitely made improvements with the new maganement team. I had been with them for almost 4 months and never had no issues. Yesteday i got an email from the risk team stating that i had been banned from LeveledUpSociety because of "KYC/AML" I tried getting more specific information about the decision and i stated that i would provide any documentation in order to clarify the confusion. Costumer service stated they did not have any other information besides me being banned and that they could not help me at all. It sucks how a well structured company like LeveledUpSociety trains so poorly their costumer service.
