So far a great experience, After passing the challenge been paid out 4 times so far with no issues. As a new prop firm I hope that Levelled Up Society continues to grow and improve there business.Very happy!

Update:
- Reported to FTC. I urge everyone who got scammed to do something, take some action. And then take some more.. A review does not touch them. Connect with each other, report, use your attorney, reach people in power who can make a change. My next step is to get in contact with my attorney the upcoming week. Maybe when they hear about their jail time, they will stop scamming people.

I am another victim of the ridiculous suppose violation of the KYC/AMC rules.

If you are reading this and you are a trader already having an account with this company then I feel bad for you as this is inevitable. You either lose your account of natural losses or they just ban you. For people who are trading and still getting paid, you are in for a wild ride as I was. I was getting paid as well. Wait for it.

If you are lucky and wise reading reviews beforehand, buddy, stay away you have been warned, not just by me but by so many other people's reviews.

I have been trading for more than a year with them, I had some payouts and then today after a payout request they send me an email saying I violated their "KYC/AML and account management rules and procedures".

As I am 100% sure I haven't done anything wrong which violates their terms, rules, conditions, procedures I contact them asking for more information.

The reply of the support was:

"Hello, the email was sent by the Risk team and they are in charge of thoroughly evaluating each account, so if they made this decision, it is not possible to reverse it, since it has the approval of the managers."

This reply is of course so unprofessional and so ridiculous. I don't even want to comment on it. Who writes this?! Who writes in this way? Who treats customers like that?
Imagine you are someone passed both challenges, made thousands and you are been stolen your money in a moment just like that without any information. Your hard work means nothing, not even an explanation which you even know there isn't. And as there is not one, they just hide behind an email. Your bills are still running though....

I was aware of others posting about this but I already had an account with them so I couldn't do anything differently rather than wait for the inevitable, hoping it will never happen.

Stay away from them they don’t want consistent profitable traders they ban my account after i got 10 payouts small ones biweekly they put fake allegations of
Kyc/account management on me without proof and closed my 200k funded plus 2000$ profits on it
LUS is clear scam don’t sign their market conditions are soo poor too

From my first encounters with this company, everything has been great. The employees at the FXSummit were really encouraging and excited to talk about their company. I love that there's no time restraint on your trading. They seem like they genuinely want to see you succeed. Today, I was trying to apply a code that I received for winning a funded challenge.

Since I was out of the country, I was not able to start the challenge. When I tried to use the code, it said the code had expired. I sent an email, and in less than five minutes Fiorella sent me an email that asked me to try again. Just like that it was fixed. I look forward to being a part of the challenge with this company.

I appreciated the speedy responses from support and how quickly they were able to help me reach a solution to the issue I was having.
The customer service was absolutely amazing.

I personally like the live chat. When I had a question they responded in about 10-15 minutes. Customer support to me is key.
