My First Experience Payout with LUS

I am very grateful to be working with LUS team I just signed the contract and LUS team has already programmed my payout already. LUS team always give me immediate response regarding every issues I have such as KYC verification, signing the contract, missing account credential email, and payday inquiry. LUS gave me a genuine experience in terms of trading wise I really like the trading environment of the prop firm gave me and how they treated the customer as well. Thank LUS team!

they banned me based on "KYC/AML"

I Did passed my 2 phase challenge I got funded then on my first withdrawal and refund they emailed me saying I violated KYC/AML with any explanation

Don’t buy from these scammers I swear they will scam you in bright daylight.

Edit: They even banned my dashboard account after I said I will report them.

They even emailed me a discount code to buy another challenge here’s the code
“LeveledUpSociety”

Edit after Level up society replied. I didn’t do anything that goes against the leveled up society policy you guys just closed my dashboard account my live account and my account never breached you guys closed my account because of KYC. It’s not my first prop firm account I have other accounts with other prop firms as well. Its the same scene as My Forex Funds you guys scamming your customers to fill up your own pockets. Hope that CFTC freeze your accounts as well.

And they don’t even reply back to my email I did sent them a lot of emails but I never got a response from them

Once I got paid, they banned me based on "KYC/AML"

Once I got paid, they banned me based on "KYC/AML"

Got my first payout as well as my refund, and 2 weeks thereafter when I requested my second payout, I received an email from support saying they are having some issues with "Deel" (who they use to pay you out). I then queried my payout a couple days later, to which I was told they will inform me once the issue has been resolved. Later that day, I received another email from the "Risk Team" advised that I was banned from using LevelledUp even though I had existing challenges ongoing, without notice nor explanation.

Their reasoning was because I "violated their KYC/AML and account management rules and procedures". They also went on to quote that, "Nefarious activity related to KYC/AML screening is not tolerated at LevelledUp"

I then asked that they elaborate on how I breached these violations they referenced, and to please explain what nefarious activity they have come across on my account that would cause me to violate the account management rules?

I received an email from "Support" suggesting that they have requested the staff to give me a more detailed explanation and they would email me back "soon" with more information.

Immediately after that, I received a "Rate your conversation" email .

Then, NO RESPONSE FOR DAYS

2 days later, I followed up on an update, emphasizing that it is unacceptable that such actions have been taken without sufficient explanation, and when asked for valid reasoning behind their actions, I received absolute no response.

I received an email from "Support" hours later suggesting they "take the security and privacy of our traders very seriously". "Due to security and confidentiality reasons, we are unable to disclose specific details regarding the identified trading behavior that led to our decision".

I don't get it, it is my account and my trading, why am I not allowed to know what has gone on in my own trading account.

PATHETIC is the only word that comes to mind!

Once they saw I was consistently making profits without breaching the "Daily DD" limits, they identified me as a risk to their business profits and wanted me out!

1 word of advice to anyone reading this!

Pay a little more - and go with a known brand! You buy cheap - You get cheap! I learnt the hard way!
