Scam prop firms
LEVELED UP SOCIETY is a scam prop firms don't even try to purchase an challange account with them because the prop firms has been closed since last year September saying that they are going through a transition of leadership and they also said the transition of leadership was going to take a month but that was just a lie cause it's been 6 months now since the close of the firm. I would advice traders to stick with prop firms that have been doing it for a long time not with the once like LUS because they don't have a lot of experience in the prop firms space.

This prop firm is toilet water
This prop firm is wasting our times. It closed for a 2nd time now after being closed since last year for about 4 months. I think it's better to refund us the amounts we paid for challenge accounts, we'll find better prop firms, and at the end of the day it's our money that we demand, they're pure waste of time.

READ BEFORE PURCHASING (previous Funded LU account user)
I have wrote a previous review on here weeks ago discussing just how awful my experience is with them and their support team. These past few weeks I tried to have trust, but screw it they truly are NOT doing anything to change the circumstances. I got my funded account with them in SEPTEMBER and have not seen the funded account since they went under CONSTRUCTION. They say we have to wait, then they say wait until Jan 20th, then they say the funded accounts are rolling out. THIS WAS A MONTH AGO, and I have heard 0 UPDATES except for these bots saying "We are working to fix the problem". At this point give me a refund to go to another broker, but we all know they WONT do that!!! Stay away, this is an absolutely garbage platform.

I receive polite responses but no real reaction to my problems. Always only excuses because of IT issues but no real resolution of problems for weeks.
Maxdrawdown violated, although I did not make a trade
I bought a challenge in June 2023 before the closure. After leveled up society reopened I requested a new account to continue the challenge and I received the new login details on 9 Jan 2024.
On 16 Jan 2024, I received an email from leveled up society stating, "We regret to inform you that your account 90015564 has violated one of the rules of the program." ... "Message: Maxdrawdown Violated on 2024-01-16."
However, I have not traded with this new account, so this cannot be true. I have written two emails to let them know they are wrong but I have not received a reply.
Account still not reinstated
Just reading these reviews and I have experienced similar to what a lot of other have here.
It has been almost 1 month since LUS has relaunched and promised previous funded holders the reinstatement of their accounts.
I reached out to them when they started again. I was initially told to send my details as well as account number and my account would be reinstated within 48hours. This did not happen. I contacted the customer service and I was told that all accounts will be sorted by the 20th. But this didn't happen too. When I emailed them again this is what they replied "Hi there, the staff have been sending the pending accounts since the weekend. It could take some days, but we'll send you your account as soon as possible". They keep on saying this and delaying without any clarity of when the actual accounts will be given. I had my hopes up when they launched again but very disappointed with the service.
The thing that baffles me is all these people are pending a lot of funded and challenge accounts from before yet LUS are promoting people to buy new accounts with a lot of offers? How can one trust them when they are treating existing customers really bad?
Hope this gets resolved and I get my funded account back ASAP!
Previous LUS customer forgotten
Was a previous customer of LUS on a funded account. When LUS came back online we were told existing accounts would be restored within 24 hours. This then changed to accounts will be sent out from 20th Jan.
It is now 24th Jan, still no access and still no solid update as to how long this will take. Live chat is responsive but with the same very vague response each time.
New customers get their details instantly and I am sure their payments are processed fast enough, but existing customers have seemingly been forgotten about.
SCAM
SCAM, Got funded. never got my elite account. they were delaying and i still haven't got it. because they have to do everything manually, its 2024, nothings manually. You won't get a good experience with these guys. so don't buy any challenge here. They're Customer service is fast to answer, but they can't help you.
Weak Customer experience!
Honestly not the customer experience i was looking for.
They changed their broker during my phase 2 challenge and i never got back an account. I sent them the invoice and the credentials but they can`t manage to deliver what i paid for.
Guys just stay with the big and well known prop firms. I never experenced something like that with them.
