Not a trustworthy company…
My challenge account was in profit with me aiming to pass for a funded account before LUS
closed down. They are now open and my account wasn't given back to me nor was I offered a new account. Customer service says this is the manager's decision. My advice to whoever is thinking of joining LUS is to Stay away from them.

Great customer support, had a small issue with reoccurring transactions and Leveled Up Team got me right and set me up with my account directly. Would definitely recommend them in the future to other traders.

I never reached any of their violation systems, anyway I got an email that the account had failed. Have tried to contact the support team and they claim that there is a glitch in their system.
The support team has not been helpful and only replies that the matter should be taken further.

My count got reinstated but no longer a funded account. They gave me a new account and have to pass the challenge again. Not my fault you closed shop last December when I finally passed my challenge. You should of all people know how we value our funded account. Now I have to start over again. Raul said it will be re activated but not expecting a start again.

Honestly I would give this company 0 stars but there’s no option for that. It’s been well over a week since they came back online and I am still waiting for my account that was closed when they first closed their servers.I keep hearing finalizing this and migration that for days now and I am sure they r just lying at this point. Don’t join this company unless u want them to close on you unexpectedly again and take your account with no refunds. Be extremely wary of them.

Gianella definitely is the best customer support agent ever. Support was super fast. Figured out everything I needed to get started. They also partnered with dominion markets which is great. We’ll see how the challenge goes. Hope for the best. So far LUS is looking good.
Worst Prop Firm in Existence
9/29th is when the website went down fit “maintenance” purposes and it took almost all the way till Jan 3rd to get it back up and running. Throughout the whole wait it was nothing but “soon” , “working tirelessly”, while posting his new Car he just bought on instagram playing golf it’s a bunch of bs. This is time people cannot get back, and it was for what? It doesn’t make it any better contacting support to get your funded account back. They wrote back 24 hours Wednesday and it is now Sunday. I am flabbergasted about how such a prop firm company like this is ran by someone who doesn’t gaf about his traders.

Long wait without being able to trade because of moving management teams and brokers without any notice. This is unacceptable!
