I ordered an LG kitchen trio directly…

I ordered an LG kitchen trio directly from LG.com. After waiting with zero delivery communication, I called customer service twice just to get a ticket number. The next day, I received an automated email claiming I canceled the order. I did absolutely no such thing.When I called back, the online department admitted they canceled it due to a pricing error on their website. Instead of owning up to their mistake, they falsely blamed me in their system. When I complained, the employee flatly told me they can cancel an order for any reason.How is their website pricing mistake my fault? To top it off, their "how can we improve" feedback form on LG.com doesn't even work. I am deeply disappointed by this total lack of accountability and dishonest system. I will never buy an LG product again.

Top Loaders are garbage

There is no way to put into words the disgust I have for the top load machine we received from LG. The machine works, as I explained to Braulin the presidential liaison to LG. However, I also explained there is a difference between working and working properly. The machine is 4 months old and hasn't cleaned our clothes properly since we got it in late January. They sent a service tech out and all he could do was blame it on our clothes as to why they are not coming out clean. They used to get clean in our old front load machine, so why would our clothes be the reason now? His response seemed to only be concerned that the machine is working. I agree it works but it does not work properly. He pointed out the warranty for some reason and I questioned if the warranty states that the machine would clean the clothes? His response again is the machine works. I feel that is poor customer service especially since it is a new machine. I suggested swapping it with a front load or a refund which he did not want to do either. I am out a lot of money for a useless machine and no solution. I will also be out more money to replace a brand new machine. I just wanted him to be fair.

LG is garbage

LG is garbage.I have a washer and after 6 months started putting grease stains on our clothes. Had the company we bought from Brandsmart(do not shop there) out 4 times to fix and could not. Called LG and was told I should pay for a deep cleaning by a professional$150 to $250. Why would I pay anything for a washer that's under warranty. You can clearly see by there reviews that they suck. I have never seen such bad reviews. You would have to be a very stupid person to buy anthing from LG. This is a Korean company. All of the other companies out of Korea are Excellent. LG is a garbage

I bought all lg appliances 6 years ago

I bought all lg appliances 6 years ago, my fridge and stove have been great, my dishwasher on the other hand gives an error ever 2 to 4 weeks that there is a leak ..there is no leak. We have to unplug it for 2-4 days and then it will work again. I will never buy lg again.

Very disappointed with LG

Very disappointed with LG. Our refrigerator had to be replaced within the first two years, and our washer started leaking after about one year of normal use. At only two years old, it should not be having these issues. Based on our experience, I would not recommend LG appliances and would not purchase them again. Had samsung prior that and no issues for years.

I purchased matching front loader and…

I purchased matching front loader and dryer 4 yrs ago and it’s already gone out… LG products are crap, I just also had to purchase a new motor on my LG refrigerator, I just had to purchase another washer and dryer $1900 dollars I bought every single one of my appliances from Home Depot all LG matching $5000 dollars just to have them break already… DO NOT buy LG wish I would have researched I will NEVER buy LG again so I purchased GE.

Worst service in the world

Worst service in the world. When my new refrigerator was installed, they didn't tighten the water line to the ice Maker and my cabinet got flooded. They blamed it on me that I must have moved the refrigerator. No way! I had to have somebody come out. And have a handyman, replace the bottom of the cabinet. I bought the extended warranty and everything seemed okay for the last 3 years. But this month, everything started defrost in my freezer. I called immediately, and I was told that a service person would contact me within twenty four hours. 2 days later, after all, my food was ruined, I got a text message telling me that I need to pull out the Refrigerator and unplug it from the wall clean the coil whatever that is and let it sit for a day, that will probably reset the refrigerator. I texted back.That's not possible. I have back issues. Can't move or lift heavy things. The response was, they'll come out But they'll charge me, because i'm not willing to do what they're instructing me to do. Don't ever buy from LG! .Their icemaker and water in the door model has inherent issues.I just found out many law suits. They were so rude. I didn't hear from them for 5 days!! Then they texted me and asked if my problem was resolved!! I was home sick Unable to drive and go food shopping. No food in the house 6 days. This should have been an emergency repair plus i've paid every year for the extended warranty, so no, they never came out and fixed it. Then, they told me they weren't going to come out even though I was under warranty.

Please do not order LG products unless…

Please do not order LG products unless you want to be on call trying to understand someone on the other end. When I order the product directly from LG, US representative help us with the order and since then I have yet to get an US representative once they deliver the products.Order washer and dryer. The washer is consistently leaking water which LG hired for someone to install. It’s so hard to get someone on the phone or even understand them. I’m constantly being told they’re no manager available or they’re going to send a technician to look at the machine. Never received a response or call of technical to schedule date to come out. I even requested a refund but they have yet to pick up the units when I have 14 days to return them. Please do yourself a favor and believe the reviews of horrible customer service and washer machine leaks.

If I could choose 0 I would. Still haven’t received my dryer and have been given 7 different delivery days. Each person I talk to says the same…. It’s being loaded and will be shipped out tomorrow. Bs. It’s been a week since my 1st delivery date with a new update every day with the next days delivery date. Now that I’m completely fed up they try to say I can’t get a refund because it’s been processed and being loaded. Needless to say I lost my s***

Would give a -5 score if possible. I seriously advise against buying LG goods, customer service is shocking and a warranty doesn’t mean anything to these people, they just fob you off and don’t care if it costs you money for them to still try and wriggle out of warranty. They have no morals and no intention on honouring anything they originally tell you at time of order. Our American freezer is useless after 5 years and the 10 year warranty isn’t fit for purpose. Try Bosch or someone else if I was you.

Buyer Beware!

Should have read these reviews before purchasing my fridge. My bad! Shortly after purchase we had to replace the compressor. Now, a small plastic piece that connects the ice maker tube got a crack. We went to an appliance parts store for the part. They could not figure out what the required part was. LG gave us the part to order and after waiting 6 weeks, found out it looked nothing like the one we needed. Talked to LG again. They took all my info and said they needed to research and they would get back to me. That was a lie. No follow up. When I reached them again they told us customers can't buy the part, only technicians can order . So we have to hire a repair man to come and give us a $3 part??? Oh, but they have a "great" deal where you can pay $500 to have their repair man come and fix it no matter what. Brutal customer service. Brutal appliance. Do not buy LG. Heed the warnings in these reviews.

WE ORDERED A DISHWASHER & WAS SO HAPPY…

WE ORDERED A DISHWASHER & WAS HAPPY WITH THE ORDER 1118280877. The unit was to be delivered & installed at the same time but we were told that the power cord & drain hose were missing. They left the unit & I called LG & were told that the parts ordered & we will have it in 10 days & to wait for installer to contact us (Case CNN260514512176). 10 days later, I called LG & after one hour and 8 minutes (manager isn't available) were told that power cord & drain hose are sold separately and evidently, the customer service cancelled my the parts order after our initial call without letting us know. I told her that per agent and my order detail on lg.com, the install and parts were free but she would not listen. I kept insisting to talk to a manager before cancelling the order & was told that she would contact installer to see if parts were included. The installer did call me back & told me that parts were going to be included... I will never buy another LG again. No one should go thru this much pain. I am sure that I will have issues getting credit back if I cancel the order.

They ruined my home and do not care to fix the problem, they only care about making money and taking advantage of hardworking people. They do not care about fair business practice or the damages they cause to their consumers after taking their hard earned money.

I purchased a very expensive wash tower from LG. The wash tower was installed incorrectly with the hot water hose loosely connected. This led to a slow leak that destroyed my brand new PVL flooring in multiple rooms. The first day I used the washing machine I noticed water coming up from underneath the floor in a separate room from the laundry room. I immediately turned off the washer and found the hot water hook up slowly dripping from where it was improperly attached.

LG subcontracted the shipment to LX Pantos, who further subcontracted the delivery and installation to Wellgo Freight. I called LG immediately to ask for advice on what to do and request a service professional and water damage mitigation specialist to save my flooring. They directed me to LX Pantos who did not have someone come out for over a week. When the installation specialist came to look at the washer, he confirmed it was installed incorrectly and this negligence led to the water damage that ruined the flooring in my home.

I have filed claims for damage and reached out to LG, LX Pantos, and Wellgo over the past two months, They have not helped the situation beyond the one time visit to reinstall the washtower, which now works correctly. Further proving that the poor installation was the culprit.

The negligence in installation caused 7600$ worth of damage, as I had to have the flooring completely replaced to protect my home and my family from water damage and mold. After months of calls and emails with proof of damages. Wellgo customer service stated they “Respecfully decline” to cover the cost, claiming they had no opportunity to see the damage. According to them I was supposed to sit with moldy wet floors for weeks to months waiting for a resolution on their timeline.

I am a nurse, I need to have clean laundry to take care of my community safely. These companies have been an absolute nightmare and have taken advantage of good, regular people. Bleeding us dry with no recourse available. I am sick of these wealthy corporations taking advantage of citizens. It is un-American and despicable. I will be pursuing legal action.

Take this as a warning not to work with LG who just kicks down the jobs and liability to untrustworthy companies like LX Pantos and Wellgo, who are not able to contacted to be held accountable for their dangerous negligence.

Compressor went twice on my fridge in 6 years at a cost of $700 to repair each time. He even admitted that there are a very high number of compressor issues with fridge units, but nothing has been done to improve the situation for customers. I will make it my goal to warn consumers / future purchasers / friends & family of the dangers associated with LG and its support, via websites and in store.

This company is as dysfunctional as it gets. Warranty on an tv that’s crapped out after 3 months. Took almost another 3 months to get it replaced. Every week was a new story about stock levels and don’t worry it’s on its way to have the story change a week later. Then the day it’s suppose to get here the delivery company no shows. Think LG cares or would go the extra mile to make it better. No chance!! Avoid their products at all cost!

DO NOT Purchase Direct from LG.com!

I love LG products and have never had an issue with one. However, two weeks ago I ordered directly from LG.com for the first time. What a disaster. I ordered a mid-priced microwave oven to be shipped to elderly friends who have trouble shopping. I was told the oven would arrive two days after placing the order. Three days later the oven had not arrived, so I called LG. They told me that the order was canceled and resubmitted because they had to change warehouses and that the order would arrive in two days. I started receiving notices that the order was being shipped, but with the original delivery date, which was now five days past. When the microwave arrived the delivery box was intact, but the microwave was obviously defective. The door did not align to the unit and would not close -- if you closed the door it popped open immediately. Additionally, the control panel was hanging off of the unit by one wire. It took sending photos and three calls and numerous texts to Customer Service to learn that my elderly friends have to schlep the microwave to UPS and return it to LG. Not only that, but LG says they "can't" replace the microwave. I anticipate a battle getting my refund. The three customer service personnel I talked to were all friendly and professional and are no doubt hampered by LG policies and protocols. Management needs to get its act together. I will continue to purchase LG products, but I will NEVER purchase through LG.com again.

GETTING LG TO HONOUR THEIR WARRANTIES - NIGHTMARE

So my fridge freezer packs up after 7 years. On the door of the freezer is marked "Inverter Compressor 10 Year Warranty" Try getting reimbursed by LG Electronics UK. Good luck with that.
Days and days, photo after photo of your receipts for the puchase - pointless as you're only claiming for he compressor, receipts for the replacement compressor, an engineer's report to certify it needed replacing, engineer's invoice - pointless since they won't reimburse for the labour. They get you to jump through hoop after hoop after hoop, rejecting your photographs as unclear or insubmissable. When you have finally sent the third replacement photos and had a huge e-mail and phone battle with them, they realize you will not go away and just drop it in exasperation and so relucatntly agree to cover the compressor and...wait for it...processing the payment will take 45 days as a final act of resentment for your perseverance and only IF management approves it. Yes, after all that it still has to be approved by yet more snide bureaucrats. The whole exercise cost me over £500 and the replacement compressor was £183 and that's all they'll reimburse after all that (hopefully).

YOUR TAKE-AWAY FROM THIS
When in the showroom ignore any garbage about manufacturer's warranties and tell the silly, grinning spotty-faced goon of a sales assitant to shut up about it. It's a sales ploy.
