I bought an LG 10kg ez dispense washing…

I bought an LG 10kg ez dispense washing machine in December 24. It was delivered January 25.

All of this year, from January onwards, there has been nothing but faults, chasing up LG, waiting for parts, chasing up when the machine will be repaired and then ringing again when the problem reoccurs!

The problem is a known design fault with the machine where the ez dispense sprays water up into the motherboard.

The fascia has been replaced 3 times. The motherboard has been replaced twice.

Two days ago the fault occurred again. I rang LG yet again and told them that I want a replacement machine. The first cso said they would lodge a repair request. (I accidentally hung up on him) when I called back I asked to speak to a supervisor. It was refused. I was told that they will only repair machines and will only consider a refund if it is considered faulty. At that point I stated that as the same machine has been “repaired” 4 times already and the same problem keeps happening, I would call that faulty. She put me on hold and again I accidentally hung up on her, trying to turn down the horrific hold music!

I called back again today and the agent was useless because I couldn’t retrieve my receipt as I was driving. Apparently the fact that I have already provided it 5 times already, and I had the serial number was not good enough. The answer today was that someone will call me in 2 days!

Meanwhile, once again, we have to negotiate attempting to get the faulty machine (which is tripping every time it is turned on- not a safety concern at all!) to finish a cycle because we have a minimum of 3 loads of washing a day for my disabled husband. Not that does anything to get LG to move their arses, in fact I am sure that it triggers a “go slow”.

This morning I followed up with an email direct to LG, once again wasting my time and energy on following up their inefficiency! I told them all that happened and I was no longer willing to wait for another repair on a faulty machine and I expected to hear back from them by the end of the day.

Nothing!

Do not buy this machine or anything else from LG!

DO NOT BUY LG OLED TV 65 Inches

I purchased a 65-inch LG OLED TV in May 2026 from Croma. At the time of purchase, I was assured that if any issue occurred with the TV, the company would provide proper support and even replace the product if required.

Unfortunately, I started facing screen-related issues shortly after purchase, and my experience with LG customer service has been extremely disappointing. Despite repeatedly raising complaints, the service team only listens to the issue but has not taken any proper action or visited to resolve the problem.

I trusted both LG and Croma while making this premium purchase, but the after-sales service has been very poor and frustrating.

Based on my experience, I would advise others to think carefully before purchasing LG products, especially considering the lack of timely customer support.

I purchase a LG 3400CW washing machine

I purchase a LG 3400CW washing machine,
from Home Depot. It was delivered with a defective control panel. Home Depot said to contact LG. I have tried for months via their website. Today 5 X. J***M*******P****** refused to accept my word. She asked for videos of attempts to use the defective panel. I tried to upload 11 sec video unsuccessfully, too large. She send a text. I lost the Chat going to the text. By the time I uploaded video she left because I took too long. I went through the lengthy process to connect to chat, no response. I spent $800 on a LG washing machine that LOOKS LIKE NEW but does not work and I can not get any support fir product warranty. I will NEVER purchase an LG product again and I highly suggest to others to be ware of buying any of their products as they do NOT stand behind your purchase.

Our 2 month old LG dryer stopped…

Our 2 month old LG dryer stopped heating. When we contacted LG support they recommended that we have the dryer vent (from the wall to the outside vent) cleaned since that was the most common reason why the dryer would stop heating. A local company did that for us, but the problem persisted. We immediate called LG customer service (CS) and they kept telling us it was our fault that the dryer was not working, and that we should check the vent. It took us another 3 days of constant calling and escalating (loud voices and heavy insistence) before they finally schedule a service tech to come to our house. I have never experienced such terrible customer service. When Justin arrived he was very professional, courteous, and great to work with. He diagnosed the problem (a faulty heater thermostat) and quickly fixed it. He then shared some excellent information with us about our new washer and dryer and how to get the most benefit from them. He also shared with us some of the reasons that LG CS has some real challenges. He said that we should contact him directly the next time we need service. I was prepared to give LG a 1 star rating, but changed that to 4 stars based solely on Justin. He is a very real asset to the company. LG, if you read this, I have been to South Korea on several business trips and have always found people to be very cordial and helpful. It is a shame to have a company as prominent in South Korea as you are paint a different picture. Apparently, many, many people agree with me. You may want to spend some time reviewing your CS processes.

I am extremely disappointed with LG's…

I am extremely disappointed with LG's customer service.
A fridge was delivered to me damaged through no fault of my own. I reported the issue immediately, yet instead of resolving the problem quickly, I have spent days chasing updates, making phone calls and sending emails.
LG's response has been focused on internal procedures and authorisations rather than helping the customer. I have been told I must wait for approval, then wait for collection, and then wait up to 14 days for a refund. Meanwhile, my family is at risk of being left without a fridge.
The damage was caused before the appliance reached me, yet I have been made to feel as though the burden of resolving the problem is entirely mine.
For a global brand, I expected far better customer care. The lack of communication, urgency and ownership of the issue has been extremely disappointing.
I would not recommend LG based on my experience.

LG UltraFine 4K Monitor

I purchased the LG UltraFine 4K (24MD4KL) in August 2022. For most of its life the monitor performed well and delivered excellent image quality with my Mac.
Unfortunately, after less than four years of normal office use, the display suddenly developed a severe yellow tint across the entire screen. The issue persists regardless of computer, cable, display settings, color profiles, Night Shift, True Tone, or power cycling. The problem even remains when the monitor is disconnected from the computer, strongly suggesting an internal hardware fault.
I contacted LG support and provided proof of purchase, troubleshooting details, and photos of the issue. After reviewing the information, LG's recommendation was to contact an authorized repair center at my own expense because the monitor is out of warranty.
I expected significantly better durability from a premium monitor. A major display failure before four years of use is disappointing, especially given that accurate color reproduction is the monitor's primary function.
After researching the issue online, I found reports from other owners describing similar display and colour-related failures on this product line, which makes me concerned about its long-term reliability.
The monitor was excellent when it worked, but based on my experience, I have concerns about both its longevity and the level of support available once the warranty period ends.

LG lies about warranty they cover parts…

LG lies about warranty they cover parts but don't cover labor on a microwave that says 10 year warranty for the inverter the labor cost more than the microwave so might as well never buy an LG product again and pick up a different microwave.

They waited until the last minute to cancel delivery. The next closest date they'd deliver is a week away.
Amazon can deliver anything in 2 days, LG takes two weeks and maybe more if they cancel again last minute.
Customer service is non-existent. Tried to chat but it disconnected after making me wait "longer than average". Then I tried calling and waited on hold over an hour before I finally disconnected.
Better hope you don't need to get in touch with them. Pretty surprising considering the price they charge

Please avoid LG as service , warranty and customer support …

All the previous review make it quite clear on LG regard for customers who have warranty issues
LG put me in contact with a repair company pacifica, who charged me to come and look at the fridge/freezer, who said the compressor failed , and only after 3 years , which has a 10 year warranty.
When I asked LG about the repair of the part required they said that they do not except independent reports and said it would be a further £250 to send there own engineer, after the £175.00 i paid to paciffica already , evan that they instructed me to use paciffica.
A complete con as regards the warranty and service, and this company is a company and product's are more than a disappointment, and dincere advise to save all not being sent round the houses for a week , please do not purchase LG PRODUCTS, as the company and products are very much sub standard , and they are masters in churn and burn
I will now replace my American fridge freezer, but not LG

Installation Problems but No Help from LG

The dishwasher we purchased from LG (Order #1117645575, dated 02/27/26) was delivered and installed by RXO, a third-party delivery company retained by LG.

This 1-star review is exceptionally generous. The experience was so awful that we have pledged to never buy another appliance from LG.

RXO delivered the dishwasher on March 18, but could not install it because the crew forgot to bring the water hose and the electric cord. The team leader promised that someone would return on March 21 to install the appliance.

Despite numerous text messages from RXO confirming the service appointment, no one ever showed up on March 21. During phone calls to RXO Customer Service, we were repeatedly told that the installers were delayed and “you are next.” At around 10:00 pm, a Customer Service representative finally acknowledged that the installers would not be coming. No kidding!

We set another appointment for March 28 and that appointment was again confirmed with several text messages. At around 7:00 pm on March 28, someone from the installation crew called to tell us they had been having problems with their truck “all day” and would have to cancel our appointment. The truck had been broken “all day,” but they waited until the end of the day to notify us. The individual who called promised that his supervisor would contact us within 30 minutes to arrange another appointment. No one ever called.

RXO finally installed the dishwasher on March 31 – thirteen days and three service appointments after the appliance was delivered. (The dishwasher was in the box in our living room for the entire time.)

Our many interactions with Customer Service at RXO were uniformly frustrating and unproductive. Each phone call involved extended periods of time on hold and each person with whom we eventually spoke seemed to have no idea about what had previously transpired. (Do they not record notes when they interact with their customers?) We lost count of how many times we were told our case would be escalated to a higher level for resolution. Repeated promises to have someone call us back “shortly” were never fulfilled.

We did, however, receive a lot of apologies from RXO Customer Service. Unfortunately, those apologies were just empty words; none led to anything that actually addressed the situation in which we found ourselves. For each subsequent appointment, we were kicked to the end of the line and scheduled in the “next available” time slot with absolutely no consideration or priority to account for the repeated failures on the part of RXO.

As our frustration with RXO mounted, we contacted Customer Service at LG several times to ask for help. Those phone calls accomplished absolutely nothing. One time, we were told they would contact RXO and fix things. Another time, we were told they had spoken with someone at RXO (while we were on hold) and that person would be calling us soon. (Of course, that call never came.) No one from LG ever followed-up with us. In fact, no one from LG ever gave any indication that they cared even a little bit. We have no idea what LG's policy might be, but from where we were standing, it seemed that their position was “we already got your money, so it's up to you to deal with RXO.”

Anyone planning to purchase an appliance directly from LG ought to be prepared. LG just might hire RXO to deliver and install the product, and your experience might be as bad as ours was.

You've been warned.

LG Signature washer 5.8

LG Signature washer 5.8
Purchased the set and the originals were delivered May 17, 2026.
The dryer has been great however the washer is a nightmare built with cheap plastic parts.
The Ez-dispenser you push in to get in and out when filling the laundry detergent and softener.

Washer number 1 - the EZ lock mechanism was broke when arrived.
Called up Lowe’s and they set up a swop out for May 19, 2026.

Washer number 2 - it arrives and works until today! Once again the lock mechanism is not working.

I call to schedule service…… get a representative who is very hard to understand and he’s not understanding me. When I asked to speak with someone else he got very hostile and threatened to hang up and began arguing. He was trying to mail me a new dispenser drawer which is not what is needed… then he thinks it’s best he transfers me to parts… which is closed.

Call back…. Select number 3 to speak to a different representative…. They pick up then immediately hang up.

Call back a third time… get a nice lady.. she request that I send her pictures of the part (which is made of dollar tree Barbie cheap plastic). Sent the pictures and the line is silent for a while then hangs up.

Call back a fourth time to get the recording that they are closed.

My son at this point has removed the 2 screws holding it in and pulls out the cheap plastic and a center part is clearly broke off….

Purchased a warranty on both units and spent over an hour of my evening attempting to set up a service call and still don’t have an appointment.

Customer service is horrific. Steer clear….

I ordered an LG kitchen trio directly from LG.com. After waiting with zero delivery communication, I called customer service twice just to get a ticket number. The next day, I received an automated email claiming I canceled the order. I did absolutely no such thing. When I called back, the online department admitted they canceled it due to a pricing error on their website. Instead of owning up to their mistake, they falsely blamed me in their system. When I complained, the employee flatly told me they can cancel an order for any reason. How is their website pricing mistake my fault? To top it off, their "how can we improve" feedback form on LG.com doesn't even work. I am deeply disappointed by this total lack of accountability and dishonest system. I will never buy an LG product again.

Top Loaders are garbage

There is no way to put into words the disgust I have for the top load machine we received from LG. The machine works, as I explained to Braulin the presidential liaison to LG. However, I also explained there is a difference between working and working properly. The machine is 4 months old and hasn't cleaned our clothes properly since we got it in late January. They sent a service tech out and all he could do was blame it on our clothes as to why they are not coming out clean. They used to get clean in our old front load machine, so why would our clothes be the reason now? His response seemed to only be concerned that the machine is working. I agree it works but it does not work properly. He pointed out the warranty for some reason and I questioned if the warranty states that the machine would clean the clothes? His response again is the machine works. I feel that is poor customer service especially since it is a new machine. I suggested swapping it with a front load or a refund which he did not want to do either. I am out a lot of money for a useless machine and no solution. I will also be out more money to replace a brand new machine. I just wanted him to be fair.
