Very rude staff I just spoke to on the phone. Please train your staff better!! I called the company to ask a few questions about the training advertised on your website. The man I spoke with sounded rushed, gave abrupt answers without any follow up, and as soon as I said bye, he hung up without even returning the courtesy. Very disappointed.
