We dealt with Chas to coordinate finance for a recent loan. Our situation was complicated but the communication and willingness of Chas to assist us was excellent. His professionalism, friendly nature and ability to get things done was so appreciated and welcome in an era where customer service can be lacking. Certainly not the case here - we were very impressed with Chas as our broker.

Chas was superb throughout the entire financing process. He is incredibly knowledgeable, professional and calm in his approach. He went above and beyond to achieve a great result and I could not recommend him enough.
