During the process of buying our first home, Chas was exceptional. He went above and beyond, answering our most complex questions, and our dumbest ones – without ever making us feel like we were stupid, or an inconvenience. Given our inexperience of buying a home, I'm sure there were things we asked of Chas that probably fell outside of his direct role, and he would still do his best to address those, or point us in the right direction.

He constantly put our mind at ease, was incredibly friendly and easy to deal with, and was always quick to respond to us – something we could not say about other brokers we had dealt with. It genuinely felt like he had out best interests at heart.
