Masih is one of the most professional brookers I've met. The process finalized fast and easy.

We started our journey one year ago with the minimum information about home loans. We were unsure and new commers in the property market with uncertainty on too many things. My wife and I inspected more than 60 houses during this period and offered 4 houses. As the market was/is unstable with a high increase in purchasing price, we couldn`t afford to purchase any house with the first bank preapproval therefore, we applied for the second pre-approval with the minimum rate and highest amount of loan. Masih was available all the time during our journey and helped us a lot with patience and professionality. He educated us and led us in the correct direction with his adorable experience.
Even on short notice of the early settlement date, he worked hard to arrange everything one month sooner than the pre-set-up time.
He got the job done and gave us confidence in our conversations with vendors. His support was not finished even after the settlement and still trying to help us on reducing the interest and finding a legal way to the minimum payment.
