Very helpful and patient in giving financial advise and quick in response. Quick process too.

Rob made our experience so easy and kept us in the loop at every corner. We were able to do the whole process online which made it so convenient for us as a busy family at the busiest time of year. We were even able to sort some things out whilst on a holiday interstate. We have had Rob assist us a few times in the last 10 years and would certainly use him again.
