Sandra secured finance for us under very challenging and complex circumstances. We live overseas and securing finance was an obstacle we couldn’t overcome until we met Sandra. Sandra navigated the complex process very easily and held our hand all the way from start to finish. She worked very diligently and kept us always up-to date with the progress of our application from start to finish. Even though we had 8 hours of timezone difference, communication was a breeze. Sandra went above and beyond and texted and emailed us in the middle of Sydney night in order to suit our time zone. We are very thankful to Sandra for all she has done for us. We wouldn’t be able to purchase our 2nd investment property if it wasn’t for Sandra. She proposed a very smart strategy which comprised of equity extraction, refinancing and a new loan altogether which in the end took us to our goal. All while we live overseas and the process being triple more complex compared to living in Aus. We can’t thank enough.
