Me and my partner have decided to buy our first home. But my partner visa was not eligible with most lenders. At one stage we really lost interest and decided to go for land plus home package which will normally take a 14-18 months to settle[Thought this will provide us enough time so that my wife will get PR during this time]. We went through Pre-approval and full approval. She was very supportive and very quick in replying to our queries.
